U haul is very expensive. I paid 140$ for 70km and that was only for 2 hours. I didn't took any coverage still I paid 140$ which was expensive according to me. There are a lot more options apart from U haul in the market. This was my first time and I will consider other companies next time.

Overall experience was ok, i have seen better U haul trucks on other locations though

abdulvahap bThis location is best, location is not a problem any time but system is some times bad, this location helped us to rent, but our original booking was cancelled & all issues & change of place & fueling system is not accurate we always feel more then what we get while our receiving rental but this time when we went to return that time there was some problems in fuel calculation & this location tried their best to check if we are not getting charged extra but could not do any thing & also we had been issued some credit for all this issue but that was not on my account so then if that can be credited to my Visa card which is on file & so we can get that credit note Even that Uhaul staff who called us for our cancellation of booking was extremely helpful Thanks

Gregg SAlthough the customer care associate was nice and understanding in the beginning. The equipment was not clean at all. the truck smelled very badly and old nut shells were left in the cup holder. When i was able to check the back of the u-haul , there was still old clothes left in the truck that also smelled. knowing i had no moving help - they did not want to extend my time slot even though i had requested a longer period while booking via phone customer care. As the time approached to bring the truck back. the Rep was pretty rude to me over the phone. Even after i told him that there were clothes that set me back. I was late by 15 mins and was still charged a late fee. all that matters is that i was able to move my stuff.
