Horrible experience getting a uhaul truck from this location. I will strongly discourage anyone to reserve a truck from this location. 1. Our reservation started at 12, but the attendants were late to opening the store and then did not let us into the store until 12:30. There was a line forming of people waiting for their uhauls and it was below 20F outside. 2. The quoted price on our reservation was lower than what the attendant tried to charge us in the store. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes while he tried to get authorization from a manager to correct this mistake. 3. The furniture blankets we reserved with the truck were not available. This was a huge inconvenience to us on top of being an hour late getting our truck. 4. The truck was located more than 5 blocks from the store and we had to practically beg the attendant to walk us to its location. We weren't given clear instruction on how to find it, so had he not walked us - it would have been another huge waste of time.

Lost my keys when I was returning the U-Haul. Contacted the owner to help check if the keys were let in the U-Haul. He never returned or picked up any of my phone calls
Lixinran SThe vehicle was not inspected in my presence before check out. When I returned the vehicle it was inspected which should have occurred prior to me taking as well. I was not given any receipt/ confirmation when the vehicle was returned. Upon checking the email receipt next day I noticed there was a 45 mile usage and the vehicle showed overdue as it was not checked out when returned. I contacted the location for clarification of the charges and was told by a gentleman that I needed to call the 888 number as he was busy and didn't have time for that.. this was a horrible experience overall. The place looks dirty and junky and the guy is very unprofessional.

Abdiel PI received a text message 23 minutes before I was scheduled to pickup the van telling me that the guaranteed van was no longer available and I had to go to another location. The second location did not allow for mobile access and it had to be returned the next morning at a specific time. I had to miss part of my work day to return the vehicle. Then when I received the receipt, I was charged $37 for gas even though I only drove it for 5 miles and returned it with more gas than when it was rented. I spoken with a customer service chat and was told this would be resolved but I have not received any email or further communication regarding this issue.

WILLIAM MWhen I arrived at the U-Haul pickup, they had no record of my reservation, just because they didn't look it up. They didn't have the mattress covers I purchased, and getting the dolly was like pulling teeth. I selected after hours drop off, which they said they didn't offer, so I had to take a day off work just to return the van. The U-Haul attendant suggested I have a friend drop the van off, which would have gone against the insurance policy. Completely unprofessional.

When me and my friend came to pick up the U-Haul, the check-in system was down, but regardless, he assisted us and offered us alternatives. He gave me his number and said that we could call him back to ask for updates. A few hours later, he texted us right when the system came back up, allowing us to finally get the U-Haul. He also showed us how to work the mysterious gearshift system, which was much appreciated. He also offered to call or FaceTime if we ran into anymore problems. Despite the issues with the U-Haul system, he still managed to move our reservation time such that I wasn't charged any extra fees. Overall, Barry was very helpful during what would have been an incredibly stressful time and made the moving experience as smooth as possible.

Cecile BLove Uhaul overall and use several times a year for weekend markets. This time I only used a cargo van for about 3 hours. The cost was $119 +15$ in fuel I put in the van. Seems very expensive for a quick pick up trip. I'll definitely seek other solutions for my short term vehicle needs.

SANTO QIt's difficult to find a place to park the U-Haul, and can add 30-60miles to your drop off. But the gentleman working in the location is super personable and really on top of his job. I would ONLY use this location again because he made it positive

Everything else including the young man who processed my rental information was fantastic, professional, considerate.
