BUTCH HButch was very helpful; he called me to confirm my pick up time; my ball hitch was too big for the dolly, so he directed me to another great business owner down the road that spent 20 minutes removing my old hitch and installing the new one.

JASON DThis location is on the outskirt of town but, the service out weights this minor inconvenience. HEADRICK INC was the only place in town that excepted what I have rented. The first location on 2340 High St. called Lucky 7 #2 (gasoline station), was clueless on how to start the equipment return process. He made me wait, while he watches two people pump gas and he said he was busy with them. Watching him watch people pump gas, I've ask if I was done. He said no and wanted me to back into the storage area with the TRAILER HITCH on back of my truck, then he adds that I HAVE TO REMOVE THE TRAILER OFF, BECAUSE HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW. UHAUL should evaluate this facility or should NOT allow them to be part of UHAUL the company. I have a high level patience and understanding, everybody has limits. I don not understand why this facility, Lucky 7 #2 is allowed to operate under UHAUL'S name. If UHAUL ever doubts my testimony please check their surveillance camera, LUCKY 7 #2 (gasoline station) ruins the name of UHAUL. P.S. My family has been using UHAUL for a very long time to meet our moving needs and I hope to continue this in the future.
