carol AHad issues getting our truck, never received all equipment I requested for, the app is not convenient at all spend 40 mins on the phone before picking up my truck, and they charged me $14,7 for gas after I put in over $30 and got it back to where it was. Will never use them again

Amy BThe location looked like a junkyard for old cars. The equipment I picked up needed sweeping. However, the attendant was very personable and helped me hitch a car carrier to my rented truck. It was a long 1-1/2 hour drive from my home to get the equipment and another 2 hours to get back to my home through the winding mountain roads.

Daniel LI asked for one location it was accepted. The night before at eight in the evening I get a call saying that the location will be closed. Another was found that had a truck available. But it was 45 minutes away. I had no time find something else if I refused. I was given no discount. When I showed up the store had no idea I was there to pick up the truck. I also asked for a hand cart and they didn't have one. Hearn enterprise was great but not everything else. I had to scramble to find a way to get to them. The previous location I could walk to and had planned to.
Rebecca DI would never recommend to anyone to rent at a satellite location. There is no one to deal with after hours, and the u haul customer service is horrible. When the business models best response to a customer is hopefully you have a wi fi connection at the remote site- or maybe someone else's phone may have a better signal at the site , that is a big problem. And when the service rep doesn't suggest an earlier pick up time as a solution, then they are not well equipped to do their job.

KEN RThe truck was very noisy and I express concerns that the transmission or engine will soon be going on the vehichle. I was so relieved when I returned it because I truly didn't feel safe in it.
