GM was very helpful & friendly
Michael MThe truck appeared poorly maintained. Seats were hard to adjust, the door in the back was hard to operate - all due to rust. The truck itself was a terrible ride, much worse than UHauls I've rented from other locations. It felt like the truck hadn't been serviced in several years.

Leader SHello, Unfortunately I was charged for the fuel extra money. I've the photo before using the truck and after. I refilled the truck exactly and even a bit more than it was but anyway was charged for the fuel. Will never use again this location

Richard VU haul Representative at site was helpful and punctual, however the location was less than adequate. Limited parking and difficult to access. This was not the location I had requested when booking as it was 45 minutes out of my way.

KA NAbout 21:10 on July 29 I ran a red light at Yonge Street and Jefferson Forest Drive / Tower Hill Road intersection. I am willing to pay the ticket as soon as possible. My home address is on my drivers license, I will be expecting the letter invoice.

Abel GMy truck was booked online for this location. However, this location is closed on Sundays. I believe your online booking system need to be accurate about location hours and truck availability.
DAVID WI bring trailer back 2 of July 2024 before 6 am, but stuff mentioned in bill that I return trailer at 01:55 pm. And charge me for 5 days instead 4. When I called to the number that was mentioned at Invoice , representative was very rude, raised voice on me and did not help me. Please check this information and resolve my complaint

LEONID uThere was no one at the counter at the time of pick up and at the time of drop off. For the trailer, it is very hard to maneuver in this location, very narrow and requires good skills to navigate trailer backwards in such tight space. Th trailer was not very clean inside, and the hook up was of an older type which is not the most safe.
Vlad MThe manager at the young street location is clearly not suited for this position. If you read the google reviews of this location you would see exactly what and who is the problem. I should have read them before I wasted my time going to that location.
JOSELUIS Nservice was friendly and professional. location is clean but there are no lights at dropoff point so may pose some safety concerns at night.
Ken HCustomer service was very poor, felt discriminated against, it's sick that this is still going on 2024 in a country like Canada. I have also taught leaving bad google review. People are people and sometimes nothing we could do to change them

Dong KJust a little long to register info upon pick up and the lock was a little sticky… the rep did warn me. Also, I received vehicle with just less than half a tank of gas… I only used a quarter so I filled up to just under the half way line too… I took b4 n after picks as well. Other than that, excellent experience
ROB AOverall he was pleasant and helpful but there were no coffee pods available for me to make coffee and the person already went to check my truck so I couldn't ask for one. Also no hot water so couldn't make tea though there were tea bags available. I could have asked when he got back but didn't bother. He was nice enough and I decided I didn't want after all. I dropped off the truck at 11pm after renting at 1pm. Truck due back Sunday at 1pm but this location only open until Saturday 2pm. I chose location as it was closer and I planned to return same day. Didn't want to pay the $20 to not come in person for return so I went back Saturday at 8:30am to complete the return though they have convenient drop off box for the keys. The guy said I could have done by phone and he wouldn't have charged me the $20, so you can try calling next morning which I was going to do but this place is only about 6mins fr home so easy for me to drive there.

DI ZI arrived at the haul location before 8 am and no one showed up . I waited until 915 am and still no one came. I am very disappointed. Can I please get a call back 647 388-0576
Jim MVery efficient customer service on site. Also very prompt billing and the receipt was sent electronically the next day. The truck is quite basic (hand crank windows, driver's seat has manual forwards/ backwards adjustment, and no vertical adjustment, rudimentary radio), but clean and the drive was mainly smooth. I rented a 10 ft box van. There was plenty of room for my stuff but there was no ramp to get into the back. There were nice big mirrors on both sides but no backup cameras. Parking in the back for returns can be challenging depending if other drivers park properly and leave enough space for others. A suggestion is to have assigned parking spots and permission to park somewhere else if all spots are taken. Also another suggestion is to have the gas reading done on level ground. The present parking is on a slope making gas level readings inconsistent. It might be better to ask all customers to fill up the gas tank before returning the vehicle so everyone can start off with a full tank at the start of their trip. It would be easier to fill up the tank at the end of the day than to try to fill to a less than full level.

Varun VHi My problem was with the amount I paid I asked my friends about the cost of U-Haul, none of them mentioned the mileage I traveled. It's strange to me that you announce that the rent of U-Hall is about 20 dollars, but at the end of the job, they charged me more than 90 dollars! Sorry but I feel that they have robbed me !! I think this problem is belongs to U-Hall cod and low And the location can't do anything.
SAEED DAmir is a good exsmple of how an agent should be. Honest, very detailed about your contract and a professional. Highly recommend this place. Not all places are the same but this place is it.
GIL CI returned the truck with 3/4 of the gas tank full. I received money for 1/4.

Vadim IAmir was great. Efficient check in and check out!! They actually answer their phone ... a lot of other UHaul locations do not!! I called ahead the morning of pick up to ensure it was there ... all good! I definitely will use this location again. We rent maybe every 2nd month or so, for our business requirements also, and this location is handy to our home location, if that works for that cartage requirement. We use another location in Concord for our business requirements (for deliveries in the Toronto downtown/north Toronto area when we need furniture just refinished by us to be delivered) and they're great too!
