After the wreck when the Yoakum trailer came off the truck ball, a good samaritan stopped and got us to the Rockdale location so I could swap trailers. I was not pulling that trailer for another minute. Fred at the Rockdale location had a clean trailer, hooked it on and reinforced it using a pin, and was so friendly and nice. Truly an asset to your business.

Lisa G.Rep didn't do a walk around after myself and wife ask if he was. Rep replied "it's all good" also did my registration from my car window and handed the keys over to the U-Haul. The passenger low beam headlight went out after an 1 & 1/2 hrs on the road. Tried calling roadside assistance no answer for about 2 hrs. Finally a answer and was told it would take another 2-4 hrs to get to my location. The box trailer and cab must have been rubbing each other and made an awful cricket 聯 sound. Couldn't hear our conversation with each other due to this. I've never had a bad experience with U-Haul until this.
Robert D.While understand the concept of repositioning equipment and it was a small town and separate business just providing Uhaul equipment locally probably when we dropped off the equipment they didn't have any signs providing direction on placement of the truck and then when they didn't like where it was parked they asked us to move it...I think they could have taken that task on and not asked us to move the truck to a different location on their property. Not a big deal and to be expected, but it wasn't customer oriented for sure.
Ricky S.My Family & I moved from Texas to Nevada. About 3-4 hours left to our destination, the 26' UHAUL broke down. UHAUL did however find us a hotel for the night, ONE room for 5 people and 3 large dogs, which looked like a dump. The lady at the counter didn't even want to hear my reservation # that UHAUL had booked for us and immediately told me that they didn't have any rooms available. We were left stranded by UHAUL in Kingman, AZ for 18 hours. UHAUL had our 26' UHAUL along with an auto transport towed to Lake Havasu, AZ, where UHAUL HIRED movers to transfer our belongings from one 26' truck to another. These movers that UHAUL HIRED were clearly on METH & didn't care & give 2 shits on how they handled our appliances & other belongings. Not to mention, these movers left out 24 boxes of our stuff that they couldn't RE FIT into the SAME SIZE truck. They just said, "Well, can't get anymore in '' and left the job! We had all of our appliances covered with blankets & those movers threw all of the blankets in a black bag & didn't even reuse them. Resulting in severely scratched & dented appliances & damage to other belongings of ours! I've gotten the run around on WHO is going to replace our belongings!! I am disgusted with how UHAUL is handling this situation, UHAUL needs to be held accountable for this! These trucks should be thoroughly checked out in pristine condition to be moving from one state to another, this move and breakdown could have been a lot worse!

Henry M.Nothing against this location. When I got here, they were great and super helpful. I'm only writing this here so it Hopefully gets to Uhaul. The location was great but UHaul was awful. Was supposed to get my trailer in Austin. Called when I got a text that had a different time and location than what I had reserved (2 months previously). The first guy told me I wasn't guaranteed to get the trailer at that location and was overall just not a great person to talk to. He quickly pushed me off to the "new location". I figured oh well, I'll still get the trailer. Called the next guy and he literally laughed at me and said "A trailer? We dont even do trailers anymore" and quickly pushed me off to UHaul customer service. After being on the line for over an hour and on my 4th person of them taking my information and then putting me on hold till the next person I literally begged the woman to solve my problem like they were supposed to do. I was then told they had no trailers available in central texas and the only way I could get one of any size was to drive an hour outside of Austin.....I had no choice as I needed the trailer with no flexible plans (movers had already been paid). The only thing I got out of this was an "extra day" which was there fault anyways. I had to go get the trailer a day early because it was so far away. No compensation for gas either. Overall, just extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I suppose a reservation means nothing these days. All i can say is if you don't have the trailers...DON'T RENT THEM OUT. People depend on these for proper moves. I'm just lucky I didn't trust them and called the day before because they sure didn't tell me. If you have another option besides UHaul, do it. This isn't the first time UHaul has messed my move up.
Adam F.When I made the reservation, I make it for drop off in College Station, TX. Upon arrival I was advised that I had to drive 50 miles to drop off the truck and that I would be given mileage but no credit for gas usage. UNACCEPTABLE. There were no solutions. I was told they were full and then I saw them accept another truck. If you know it is going to be a busy day or weekend, rent an overflow lot for trucks. Driving 2hours out of my way to drop off a truck was UNACCEPTABLE.

Alicia R.Nothing to comment about, everything was good, had the truck an additional day, refilled the gas tank to the level it was originally (1/2 tank of regular unleaded gas). All very Simple. I'd most definitely go back to Henderson Services if I needed another U-Haul truck, great people who ACTUALLY listened to their customers (most just want to rush you out the door).
Eva L.This does not reflect the location but U-Haul corporate needs to invest money into more fuel efficient vehicles the one I rented was very on a fuel efficient not even meeting the average and I was not loaded heavy plus the vehicle had very high mileage and the mirrors on the outside for a very difficult to adjust rusted this vehicle needs to be removed from service
scott D.The attendants were EXTREMELY kind & helpful! I drove away thinking they were the nicest people I have ever met! We forgot the ball for the hitch, so they had to take the trailer off of the truck so we could go fetch the ball. The person in charge (I kick myself for not asking his name) took my phone & filled out all the needed information for me. He brought me a chair to sit in while I waited for the truck to come back. He took pictures on my phone of the trailer before we left I added them to the correct area. They were pleasant, respectful & funny. I wish more people would be like them.
