You charged me 30 dollars for gas that I put back in before I returned the truck. That is bullshit and I will never use or recommend you again. I have a picture to prove where the gas hand was when I parked the truck. I will be in Monday morning.

Tow dolly's brake light did not work, so I had to go to an alternate location to get a replacement. the next day, that dolly had a bad brake light. Had to take it back and get another one. The car was already on the dolly and it was the morning of our departure. Whole experience with this dolly was a nightmare!

The truck was clean, gased up, and ready. The name of the pick-up place was an old name they operated under before Standard changed to Chevron. We were looking for the Standard word.

The final pick up destination was decent. The service guy that helped us was great. The overall pick up process was horrific! We reserved a one way 10 foot box truck to move our daughter out of college. The phone rep on the intital reservation was rude and gave very vague information about what to expect. The day before the pick up I was texted with the pick up location. The day of pick up -which was out of state and in unfamiliar area was changed to some other location 30 minutes further. When I called the second location they told me they had no truck for me. While on the phone I received an dress for a 3rd pickup location 45 minutes out of the way...and this all on the end of a 3 hour drive was ridiculous and incredibly inconvenient. The only person that helped us was the final man at that pick up location. We were given a larger truck then we needed and had to pay to fuel this massive truck to travel 3 hours. This was a rotten experience with your company.

Truck not ready, not clean, truck cargo bed was locked and the employee cold not find the combination to the lock. Delay 25 mins. Waited 15 mins past appointment time for employee to provide help. Got a call from a lady the night prior to the reservation, she "you better be here by 8am, we only do pickups by reservations on Sat, if you are late, we will cancel.". Uhaul did not accommodate my preferred location, which was a main store with nice friendly people who do their job. Instead, they pick this crap hole location, two thumbs down Uhaul. Truck was old, high millage, beat up for a oneway rental truck.

The reservation process was awful I reserved way ahead of time. My reservation didn’t matter because someone damaged the truck I was supposed to use. I was routed 30 miles away from my city to pick up and return a Uhaul and charged for Uhauls inconvenience. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed in my service

I received a bill for the car dolly that I rented. I returned the car dolly the same time as the truck. Instead of receiving a phone call to clarify. No I have to take time out of my day to resolve this.

This pick up location was fine. The truck at the first location had a problem, after starting the truck the engine warning light came on and stayed on. The agent could not et through to u haul to find another truck for a while. U-Haul needs a number strictly for service problems versus a generic customer service number

First off, the poor guy working the UHaul counter couldn't honor my reservation due to the UHaul system and took an additional 20-30 minutes to get the unit I reserved because we had to delete it and start over from scratch. Secondly the truck looked as if it had been in several fender benders, there were 'x' stickers all over it. Third, when driving the truck, if you got over 30 mph, the whole cab shook and made an awful noise. Lastly, the last day we had it, it rained and the roof leaked. The lip service I received was because we didn't spend the $28 there was nothing that could be done per Uhaul's policy, and the truck's are water resistant, not water proof. I understand I spent $30/day for the truck, but it wasn't worth the additional $0.99/mile nor the gas I had to put in it for the shape it was in. If I had known that for that price I was going to be driving a down right leaky, shaky, clunker, I'd went to Penske.

Charged me $20 for fuel when the gas was in truck. I rode 5 hours in a truck in which the a/c did not work. I was on hold for over 30 mins trying to contact roadside assistance. I called the customer service line. The representative submitted a complaint ticket. Two days later, I spoke with a Uhaul representative who handles complaints. His name was Vincent Harris. He told me that this situation will be resolved in getting me a discount because of this experience. He told me he will call me back....Never got a call back. I am done with this sorry company! I will be sending a formal complaint on how Uhaul practice business.
