MARK DKeep having locations like Elkton Oregon that suggested we rent the truck in Sutherlin Oregon to save time and money. When we got to Sutherlin the owner there had received a call from Elkton and was waiting for us with the truck ready. Two thumbs up to both owners.

RON CWas told the truck was full. The gage showed full. But most people know you can go a long ways before it moves. I went 29 miles and it took 6,43 for gas. The woman was real snotty. We never put anything in the back that was dirty or made a mess. She said she wasn't charging for not sweeping the back. When I went to rent it they had not cleaned the back out . Not happy with her bad attitude

Anthony cThe main issue I had was that the app I was supposed to use for check out would NOT LET ME SIGN UP. Therefore I had to drop it off after hours without it. This meant staying under contract until morning. This made me very nervous. UHAUL itself is to blame for this.

Jared SI made the reservation online to drop off at a certain location. Uhaul changed the drop off location which means I went over mileage and gas. Not my fault but still getting charged as well as a huge inconvenience on moving day!!

Nathan WUhaul employee flattened my tire the first day I rented the uhaul. Then she reports it stolen because she thought I was lying about having a storage. Unprofessional, out of content, and very disappointing! The worst experience I've ever had with using a global company known worldwide!! The corporate office was the only thing that made this whole experience hopeful in the end but I would never recommend the uhaul facilities I encountered.

Brad LWhen we picked up the truck it had 3/4 of a tank of gas. Was not a problem because the gentleman we talked to at the pick up point noted that it was less than full. He said to fill it up as per our contract agreement and that they should adjust the final payment to compensate for the difference. We topped the tank off and swept it out. They still charged us for a sweep out fee and there was no adjustment for the gas after we topped it off. Extremely disappointed with our service at the drop off place in Roseburg Or.

Matthew SWhen I picked up my equipment they offered to waive the extra day charge and I accepted. But when I dropped off my equipment they charged me the extra day. I don't mind paying what's due just thought that was odd since I was told otherwise. Other then that great experience.
