There is more than one location in zephyrhills but they were very friendly and helpful
mark mI told the person what I felt in the steering wheel. He agreed with me. The ball joint was worn and probably should be replaced. He was very courteous, very helpful and he said he would pass the notes along to you guys.

Allan WThe location we were sent to didn't have the right equipment and were not particularly helpful until I started to call the 800 U haul phone number. The customer service on the phone was great, found a truck and appliance dolly right away. We went to High Caliber were treated great and they had everything on site. The truck rode very smooth and we arrived at our destination safety the next day after a 16+ hour drive. Everything was smooth and quick at the drop off location, with no problems at all.

Matthew HThe service from this place was great. I had requested a trailer from a place in Dade City FL for 9am. I waited their to about 9:30 and no boby showed. I tried calling several times and then I placed a call to Uhaul and they had to find me another trailer about 20miles away.
Matthew HThe original reservation said it wasn't completed, but after Chris did some research, he was still able to help us get an enclosed trailer eventhough it was smaller. It actually worked out great.

I asked for assistance twice, but he said he had to get the car he was working on done. I finally got it unhitched and asked if there was any paperwork that needed to be completed. He said no - an email will be sent to me.

JAMES NTruck drivers side had a leak that made my trip not so great. Truck was never swept out, couldn't print out paperwork and no communication as to incoming text.
Timothy FTrailers are always in good condition, but they seriously need to be washed every now and then they have all the road Graham on them. I usually have to blow out the inside of the trailers when I rent them then I'm able to load them but overall it would be nice if they look really clean going down the road I literally had to wash the one before the one I rented recently a few weeks ago maybe a month ago I had to wash it because it was just so filthy on the outside and after I washed it, it looks so good if you're going to charge for it to go down the road it should look an excellent presentation …… thank you to whom this may concern…

Annie GThere was a white box that was NOT secure at all. It was completely unclear where the key even went. In fact I will be calling to follow up with U-Haul to see if they even got the return. I will not use that again either.

Raymond MTrailer left fender was damaged when I picked it up from dealer..In order to safely tow this it I had to secure wires from friction damage numerous times during the trip. This was brought to the attention of employees at time of pick-up..they assured me it would be OK...obviously it hindered my trip...had to stop a few times and tape wires so as not to damage them
CHARLES MMake sure they have the requested equipment available when reserved. They did not have the utility cart available and still charged me for it...I am awaiting a refund of this equipment charge.

I then requested that someone look over the truck and sign off that it was all in good shape etc. The guy then walked out, looked the truck and dolly over and signed a paper for me.

Dave BYour customer service sucks. The wait to speak with someone is ridiculous. For our return location, we were sent to a closed business. Then expected to wait on hold for a while. After this experience, I'm not sure I will ever used your company again.

Eddie AAnother location quoted us 32 but when we got here to pick it up he said it was 82.00. We paid it and he told us we could drop it off at any uhaul near our destination. Never told us some locations only take trucks and we had a trailer. The uhaul near us sent us to a trailer location a few miles away. We got there and were told she is now a no drop location due to having too many units. Gabe us the name of another place 10 miles away. We called there and were told we needed to have called ahead to make a drop off reservation. She was only honoring those. So got the name of another place 20 miles away and she took it. If we couldnt have found her we would have had to drive it back where we got it 55 miles away. I will never use uhaul again.
