Great service and no problem whatsoever

Spencer TI went to pick up at 9 AM and the people were not there. I came back at 9:15 and a guy said the lady in the office had to eat her breakfast before she could help us. So then at about 9:25ish, we finally got help. But the truck was not checked in from the prior.renter so now we had to wait on "David" to get there to check it in but he was on his way. So David gets there about 9:40ish and he walks in, complains about how the office stinks, proceeds to spray orange spray (like overkill) and argues with the old lady about how it's not his job to check in the truck. Then he yells at her to move so he can sit down and look at the computer. Oh and they tell me they don't have a hand truck/dolly (but then they found one). Anyway, so he said to me, "your card was declined" I said, "oh wow really?" And he said, "yeah it looks like it is a prepaid card, probably like your child support or something" I kind of wanted to hit him at this point but I also just wanted to get out of there. He was the rudest person I've ever dealt with and they put us an hour behind. I didn't appreciate the bickering in front of me, the complete lack of professionalism, the tardiness, the spray of orange air freshener practically in my face, or the assumption that I receive child support. Overall 0 out of 5 stars. UHaul is the only option in my town or I would have gone literally anywhere else.

sharon dDifferent location! The people smoke like chimneys, it is ridiculous! I couldn't even stay un the building while they did it. The man told me he does military discount but can't do it on the reservation. I also told him I wanted the roadside assistance when I reserved. He wasn't there when we picked up. She told us they DON'T do military discount, Aldo didn't do the roadside, then couldn't figure it out to add it. I had to contact regional manager. A TOTAL MESS!!!

lance fWinslow Drop off location telephone number was wrong/ not working. called other number told me to drive back to location and went on Monday drove 172 miles to meet the personnel named Matt he said my name and info is not there!!! and gave me card and other number to call. I called again on Tuesday but not resolved . However got call from U-Haul service and she was nice and took care of my drop off on Sunday and then got e-mail that equipment and everything taken care off.

Daniel WDavid was a real pleasure to get to know. I was in the middle of a trip when the trailer I was pulling developed a bad bearing and was looking like I was going to have a bill more than the trailer was worth. I called David looking for an alternative to get me back on the road and take my stuff. He went out of his way and tracked me down in town and had me follow him, showing me where the office was located. David had his staff gather the trailer, pulling it around to while we did the paperwork, this took virtually no time at all. I unloaded my broken down trailer into the U-Haul and was off and on my way, shortly thereafter. God favored me by having David in the area with bleak amenities. Thank you David for the great experience!

Michelle POvercharged me Nobody was there that knew how to return the equipment, got charged for a extra day because of it nephew was out with covid. Equipment was turned hours before deadline and They checked it in 6 hours later. I have picture proof.

RILEY CIt is the only U-Haul site in town, so it is the only place to send local clients. But the place is filthy, and not safe for older/mobility impaired clients. Winslow needs a better site.
URSULA BThe man who was supposed to help us was useless and did not know how to connect the trailer. I had to look through the garbage bins to find a piece of wood in order to lift the level of the dolly, otherwise it would scratch my car. The whole experience with uhaul was awful.
