Jerome MI don't care that it's a little shack because this is Yucca Valley, but certainly I would say average. However, what's important to me is that they have the correct equipment. There seemed to be a mixup, when I called into corporate, we talked about a couple of errors and fixed them that were pertaining to the 2 reservations I had made, so I am glad I checked by looking at the confirmation emails. I assumed all your vehicles were non smoking, should I have asked? Well, the van was nauseating there was such a horrible smell of cigarettes and when I turned on the ac it smelled like marijuana. The inside and outside was not clean.

Rhett CJanelle has been my go-to Uhaul rep since I moved here! She is very helpful, attentive, and courteous. I expressed how important it was that the trailer I rented was available at 8am on the pick-up date, so on they day before, she drove by the office after hours and called me to let me know it was there - 10/10 customer service. I will continue to rent trailers to transport my race car to events, and will continue to use Janelle's services as long as they are available.

I was surprised to find the truck that I needed In your Yucca Valley California location when your Twentynine Palms location had none left, 2 foot box truck. Your Yucca Valley agent was very knowledgeable and super accommodation to my needs. I will deferentially will be back to your Yucca Valley location rather than any other locations.

David DThe lady in the office was awesome! Easiest process ever renting something. Online I was in the middle of renting a truck when it was suddenly unavailable. I went to the office to see what was available and nothing with a ramp was..She let me use a truck that was reserved, as I only needed it for a couple hours. She saved my day! Thank you again! AND as I mentioned, it was effortless.
