Photos of rental equipment will need to be taken (by customer)if the office is closed. Allow 15-20 extra time for reservation processing and for taking photos.

This is just the beginning of my comments! These people had the nerve to turn on the gps location on the 26' truck we rented and showed up to my son's home. Asking unnecessary questions and telling us we had just a few hours left to return the truck. First of all they had no right to locate where the vehicle was when I still had the truck and was paid in full until the next night. And then to show up to my son's house asking questions about the truck and the person they were speaking with knows nothing about my business. And the way they approached him was unacceptable. I paid for my rental everyday that I had it. It was actually $39,95 a day and they placed a $44,34 hold everyday day instead

When a hand truck is rented ,please tie it to the wall. Not lay it on the floor so it rolls around when driving Thank you!

During the return process it closed out in the middle of me taking the photos of the truck as asked. I wasn't sure what to do at this point. i just put the keys back in the box. I wasn't sure if the final steps. but overall easy process thanks so much

Truck was very clean.. Easy access for 24/7 pickup..

The truck I rented would not crank when I picked it up. I got my husband to come jump me off. I didn't have time to sit around all morning to wait for roadside help. This was inconvenient! This location should crank the trucks about once a week to ensure the equipment is ready to use, This truck had not been used in a while and the windshield was so nasty on the outside-the bug guts would not come off when I tried to clean them while at the gas station

This rating is based on my return site. The people there were rude. We had to park the haul for the as well. Also the moving coming I got from the U-Haul site was a flop. They never showed up
