Larry M.U-Haul does not provide the proper address for this location if you need a cash deposit refund. Luckily I spoke with Tim at the Jackson Pike location, who steered me in the right direction.
stacy L.Great staff and service at this site,. Tried to return at U-Haul located at Travelodge business in gallipolis, oh. And they were terrible service. They would not even come to front counter to see what we were there to do,so we went to high road tow location just down the street. Stay away from Travelodge location .

We had to drive back to a different place to drop it off. Please correct this so others don't go on a wild goose chase! Thank you!!
