The area is sketchy. Felt as if you were going to be mugged while going to this location. People coming up to you in the parking lot trying to sell stuff to you as well. Pick up was in the morning. I can't imagine going to that location at night.
Weston WickI mean… a ghetto barred up gas station is probably not the best place to put a U-Haul. Gas station attendant had no idea what they were doing and there was literally a guy getting arrested when I showed up. I purposefully selected a place that wasn't sketchy, and then I get notified that I have to go to the sketchy place because the place I selected doesn't have the vehicle, but it literally had the vehicle when I reserved it a week before. It is almost comical how bad this experience was.
Daylen ReidThis was my first time using mobile check-in and it was excellent. My truck was waiting for me ready to be picked up at the exact time scheduled and I checked in using the link sent in my order. I used my phone to check in, take the needed pictures and grabbed the keys from the cashier attendant. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes. The cashier was super friendly as well. Will definitely come back here for my next rental.
Adam HelmyThey don't know what they're doing, took over 30 minutes to attempt to get us the keys, and then over charged by adding a package on I did not agree too. Absolutely do not recommend this location.
Arabella PotutoIt needs to be understood that this is strictly a pick-up/drop-off site - additional equipment such as furniture dollies, pads, etc., are not available, despite what it says on Uhaul's website. Other than that, the store clerk was very polite and helpful.

HANNEEN AL-SYOOFWas charged by UHaul for keeping the truck an extra day, however, I turned it in a day early! I sent an email regarding the charge but never received a reply or a refund. Had a similar situation the week prior on a previous truck and a trailer rental, I was charged for extra miles and the UHaul center I turned it into said they could not assist because, "I made the reservation online." Is there any other way to do it these days? Disappointed in the overall UHaul experience. One issue could be a mistake but getting overcharged on both UHaul rentals I've made recently, is bad business.

David WayneI got to go to pick up my uhaul early and I had to wait around eating into my time for over 40 minutes to get access to my uhaul. I was told by an employee from uhaul who was assisting the location that they would add an additional hours just to get charged an extra fee that they didn't add the time to my contract. Overall unsatisfied

Lendon BRIDGESIt seems this location is still learning to manage the Uhaul reservations so picking up equipment took much longer than my previous experiences (40 min). The employee responsible for ringing up a constant stream of customers was also helping me with my reservation - The poor guy could have used some backup. Additional equipment requested on the reservation was not available at this location. I was able to find them at an official Uhaul location, so ideally I would always prefer to just pickup all equipment at an official location. I will say that the local management team was very helpful and responsive and would happily work with them, but would avoid this particular location.
Karen DavidshoferU-haul had a horrible odor of cigarette smoke. I reserved an appliance dolly and moving pads. Neither of wich were in the truck. When I asked about them they told me there was nothing they could do to help. I called u-haul customer service and they also were no help. All they could tell me were the different u-haul locations I could call myself and see if they had any dolly's. I will never use U-haul again. Moving sucks as it is. But dealing with poor customer service from u-haul just makes it that much worse.

Ann CooperThe guy was on the phone and barely acknowledged us. Charged us for insurance that we did not want and charged dus for 2 dollys that were not in the truck. I've tried to call for several days and unable to get through to the location.

Justinah IbitomisiI assume it was because it was a new location, but renting from a gas station is super sketch. The person running it had no idea what they were doing (not his fault, I assume). It worked out fine but we wanted the peace of mind of renting FROM uhaul, not some rando gas station on the side of the freeway. I wouldn't recommend it or rent there again.
