Ray HoodThe truck was dirty, had ashes in the doors from previous cigarette use, and smelled bad (combo of dirty and smoke). No one was there to assist and everything was online. The agent who called to verify and send the code sounded like she just woke up, mumbled the whole time, and was asked repeatedly to speak clearly (which she didn't). I disputed the cleaning charge as this van WAS NO WHERE NEAR GLEAN at the time we picked it up. We also was being charged $17 for gas, but we filled it to exactly where it was when we picked it up. I WILL NOT BE PAYING EITHER CHARGE. I did try speaking with customer service, but after a lengthy hold was told there wasn't much they could do at the time due to the location being closed and to call back on Monday. Call was cut off (hopefully by accident) before help was ptovided. The entire experience was unpleasant.
Raymond FetterThe equipment was clean and available. The pickup was a little time consuming because it was after hours and the app was buggy.
Martin HurtThe truck was not clean. However, everything worked and the tank was full. The last customer did not clean the back out of the cargo van. My items had to be wiped down when I got them to my destination. Not so happy about that, but my overall experience was great and will return when in need of a rental truck.
Maria BryantI took tons of pictures but had a difficult time trying to submit the drop off on line. But the staff took care of everything for a $20 service charge. I wasn't aware that I would be charged to drop it at a different location. I received a text to drop it at a different location, so I did. But U Haul is always great. Thanks you guys. Next time I think I will return it where I pick it up. $20 put me over my budget...

THELMASCOTT SMITHRentals should be 24 hrs. I was charged a "daily rate" for insurance, etc. It should have been pro-rated to 4 hours since that is what you want as the rental period. You advertise as "per day"; it should be per 4 hrs.

EARLINE ROSEI love using Uhaul services, but this time the whole process was a headache. My pickup time was on a weekend and the location is closed. I expected that and knew in advance that I will have to access the keys for the truck in the lock box. I went there at the pickup time and they key code given by the App wasn't correct for the box. 45 minutes later with the customer service who was trying to diagnose/fix the problem and giving me different codes to try (nope, wrong truck, next box, nope that box is empty etc..), she suggested I go get a truck from a different location. My movers were about to arrive in 10 mins. The stress was unreal added to the stress of moving to another house and all the drama. Luckily I was able to take another truck from same location (finding the key for this one was an adventure by itself). I don't know who's fault is it to not having the truck ready. The location or Uhaul. But I hope it gets fixed

John Finnythe u-haul did't have a ramp, and l was disappointed about that. The man l rent from say 10 truck don't have a ramp.
