The place was closed till after 1 :30 Closed at 20 am The woman there was red eyed,rude,causing spitting,. Refused to except truck returned.over charged me. than ran in front of my car.dilberately wanting to get hit. Crazy ,or on dope she was.truck,,should have been in service garage and not rented out.Gages didn't work.smoked climbing hills. Gas mileage 3 used in tanks in 200 miles.u haul now is awfully.Waste of money.workers have no respect for anyone

Thomas J.I still haven't received a receipt for the rental, and I had to park the trailer outside of the facility because it was gated for and I wasn't informed of that, and the place was 40 miles away from where I requested to drop it off due to the lot closest to me be “full†when there in fact was enough room.

Nate T.My contract stated I was dropping off in Safford AZ but then I was instructed by a person in Tucson to take the truck over 40 miles away to Willcox AZ. This did not seem right. Not a good business practice.

I didn't have that amount of time available but had to make due out of necessity. The U-Haul location was good and the service of the pickup location personel was good.

Yvette or Yvonne at traffic/dispatch was very rude. Had to drive 45 minutes away to pick up another truck. Would not recommend uhaul

Russ B.I was informed one day before my reservation that I had to go to a different location, 75 miles further away, to pick up the auto transport that I reserved. They were aware of this three days earlier. I, the customer, should not have had to travel to pick up an item that I reserved. I received no compensation for my troubles. The day of my reservation, I was called by Traffic to tell me that this pickup location did not have the truck that I reserved as well. The closest truck was a whole state over. WHAT IS THE FUCKING POINT OF A RESERVATION?
David Y.Laverne was extremely helpful. I had called her location two days before we would be dropping off the truck to verify the hours of operation. Laverne is the person who noted that I had been overcharged by the pick-up location person's inability to select Wilcox instead of Arizona City. Laverne started the process of trying to get the estimated $120 overcharge refunded to me. Sadly this refund has not occurred. I did contact Angel on Monday 7/18 via voice mail but no response from him has been received.
Kim C.Honestly I don't think there is anything that needs improved on ...The lady was so friendly and helpful, I even showed up 10 till 5 on Friday and I'm sure she wanted to go home for the weekend but she was happy to help me. Great location and wonderful staff.

The only thig that i did not like was i w told i could drop off the unit that nite. I showed up at 9,3pm and the gate was closed. I may have misunderstood but i thought they said 11.oopmbut hey dropped it off in the morning . No problems. I will rent there again
John D.The CSR who check in my truck told my fiance she was going to charge a cleaning fee for a couple bits of paper and dust in the back of the truck. Instructed him like a child "you better do it right because I'll check. If you don't, I'll charge you." After "checking" and seeing his palm with the bits of paper, she stated " that's not good enough. I'll get the broom!" Her tone, demeanor and attitude was totally uncalled for and completely unprofessional. To add, a bad representation of U-Hauls CSR standards. Third party or not. Returning it clean is policy, I understand, but her behavior was way overboard

DARCIE LYNN A.The reservation experience was beyond a nightmare and people should be warned. When planning a cross-country move, having to drive 6 hrs to pick up the truck (plus fuel for the ride down AND both the ride vehicle AND a Uhaul back!!!) was RIDICULOUS. The reservation had been made for within a mile of our home, yet shortly before moving day, when I had PAID movers to show up, we only had 1 truck to load (a 30 min drive to pick up but I did it) because the 2nd truck took a logistical miracle, several hours, many miles, and a ton of money to go get! Not to mention the tears and frustration. Nothing short of hell. I had to hire movers to come BACK on the 2nd day to load the 2nd truck instead of having 4 movers for 8 hours as planned, I paid 2 trip fees and had less flexibility loading. These expenses plus the extra tank of fuel for the uhaul plus fuel for the Yukon I drove down to pick it up blew our moving budget before we even left town! Why bother with a reservation system???? I would have gladly paid a deposit to guarantee availability. Customers should be warned if they're relying on Uhaul for a major move....don't.

angie C.U-haul made an unauthorized charge to my bank account of $328 that was not on our contract agreement. U-haul has not reimbursed me over a week later after complaining to the local office in Willcox and even spoke to a corporate rep...who said he couldn't re-imburse me on my original account. Spent an hour and half on pick up date.... supposedly due to U-haul glitch. Poor service by corporate office to returning my money. I have contacted my bank on this fraudulent charge.
