The drop-off location was fine and convenient. What was not fine, was after I made a reservation using this drop-off location, a U-Haul employee (via a text message that suggested a possible discount) cancelled my reservation, and made another one using a different (and totally inappropriate) drop-off location during a follow-up phone call. I even mentioned that the new location was wrong, but it showed up on the final contract. Thus, the check-in process was annoying and time-consuming, and required several phone calls to U-Haul to set back to my original location. In an attempt to simplify the truck reservation process by using the app and text messages, U-Haul has actually introduced problems that were not encountered the "old-fashioned way". Very disappointing experience overall.

The back of the truck had a bunch of broken glass that had to be swept out before we could start moving. This location is also very small and hard to maneuver. Odd choice to put large trucks

I searched on their U-Haul location (their specific web page), and there were NO "equipment rentals" listed (as rental options); only trucks. I am glad I stopped by and asked in person. They have TONS of additional equipment available to rent to help with moving. Their web site should reflect that they DO have these items to rent. I almost went to another U-Haul location (that hand trucks listed). But I enjoy the folks at this location. Thanks! It's been a great move with your help!

Mitchell RobinsonEquipment and facility were just fine. However, the online pickup process for days when the office is closed is terrible. It took me 1 hour sitting in the parking lot with customer service on the phone for 30 minutes of it. He had to add a window link for the picking up truck option, the scanning of my license kicked me out and I had to repeat the 1 time code log in 6 times. When I attempted to use the uhaul app, it was unable to recognize my order. Several places the links did not work. Dissatisfied overall.

Nick WalkerI arrived at the facility (after driving past it because the address was incorrect and the business was not clearly marked from the road) at 12:09 PM. The representative greeted me and continued to assist the other customer in the lobby. After about 20 minutes the rep asked "What are you here for?" I stated I had a van pickup at noon. He asked me if I was sure because he didn't remember seeing anything. I stated I had just made the reservation within the last 30 minutes. He looked again and then he said I was correct and he would be with me shortly. He continued to assist the other customer, but it didn't seem he fully grasped what he was doing. After another 20 minutes (50 total minutes in lobby) he finished with the other customer and helped me complete my transaction. He didn't have severe trouble checking me in and it took a total of 14 minutes to get my keys. When I returned the van my checkout took a total of 40 minutes because he had to call another employee to walk him through how to complete the checkout process. It was super frustrating because I have rented from Uhaul before and have never spent more than 10 minutes from arrival to departure. I'm going to think thrice before renting again due to this inconvenience.
