JOEL AI wasn't able to find the information for the vehicle. I saw where it was supposed to be between the seats but all I found was the registration. I wasn't sure what the "M" was for on the gear shift. Other than that it was a great experience and I'll be back there in a few weeks.

BARBARA PGive a code to get in the gate. I was informed i could return the equipment at any time, day or night. Locked gate, no good place to leave the equipment. Should have allowed me to return it to NE 25th location

SCOTT CI extended my rental on the fly from 2 to 3 days. It was nice to see in my final bill that the rental had been converted to a weekly rate that ended up being cheaper. I appreciate the convenience of using the app to rent and the consideration of charging less without asking. The ONLY problem I had was I rented the pickup truck 2 weekends in a row. The first weekend the truck had a hitch ball already installed which I needed. The second weekend I got to my didtant location and then noticed the hitchball was missing. I had to buy a hitchball to continue using the truck.

I was late with my return, the trip was behind schedule, and I was about half out of my mind when I called your number and the woman I spoke to was so nice and kind and patient and everything you could ever want in a person on the other end of the phone. it was almost like I had a family member working at U-Haul and they were taking care of me. I know your business is renting equipment but it's also helping people during a very stressful time of their lives and you guys were freaking fantastic! Cigars all around!

VALERIE AThe guy that runs this place has been helping me for the last 10 years or so, moving here and moving there. He is super helpful and knows the ins and outs of uhaul to get you good deals. I can't recommend this facility enough. It is clean, well maintained. I prefer units on the first floor because the elevator or stairs and some time to your loading and unloading. but its so great they have elevators. This really is a full service facility and a great atmosphere.

We have been renting equipment and storage from him for over 5 years and it is always a pleasure doing business with him. He takes excellent care of the location and equipment so everything is sparkling clean and welcoming. 5 stars all the way around.

THERESE PI did not know that this location did not have any employees and open at 1PM on a Wednesday. I did not know that I was going to have to check this vehicle out myself and take pictures myself. Thank goodness it was not raining but it was bitterly cold. Upon returning the truck the pictures would not upload. I took pictures 3 times and tried to upload them unsuccessfully. I finally called and said I cannot do this. The representative said it was checked in. Hopefully I don't get an extra charges due to me not being able to upload pictures.
MICHELLE LI dropped off after hours. So there was no one there. The reason I don't recommend this place is a simple one. In the past when I have checked prices, this type of UHaul seems to charge different prices & it costs more. I prefer & recommend the larger Uhaul places.

THOMAS FCouldn't review the movers as my phone wouldn't open to do so. Valley city helpers were great. I'd give 5 stars to this group as they were great. As a Google reviewer, I was amazed they were willing to travel to hillsboro and they came an hour's drive away to do my move. Without any additional costs involved great group of hardworking men. As for uhaul, everything worked well. Had issues with it working with my phone whether on website or app.
