Thank you for asking. I don't have any feedback yet because our move has been indefinitely postponed due to the landlord's failure to schedule a test of the apartment. Therefore, we will not need the storage unit at the present time. I will be in touch again when we do move my daughter's things. Wayne Miller

About 8 months ago we needed to move to a smaller unit and again Liz was just so wonderful! I am sad to no longer need the storage as we've moved into a bigger home but I would highly recommend using them, they are affordable, the facility is very clean (even all the restrooms!!)...so pleased with every interaction!

We had our items stored in the facility on Elizabeth Brady Road and it was very convenient and well maintained. The coded lock system to get in the building was also convenient.

However, should I not have called and communicated my concern, the appearance of the invoice was that in some way I was negligent. There was no explanation regarding why this suddenly appeared, but fortunately was resolved.
