What a terrible place to drop off such a beautiful U-Haul truck as this. These people were extremely non-helpful. Took three days to check back in my vehicle after emails and phone calls were sent. Very unprofessional.

Had to assist and pull out trailer by hand in order to get it out from behind a non operable vehicle on their lot. Not cleaned out on the inside. Leaked like crazy. I understand not waterproof it said inside the trailer. Never had a uhaul before leak like that in wet conditions.

Charles BlevinsThe 24 hour location was fine. The electronic communication was the absolute worst! We drove for 7 hours to get the truck. When we got there to check in it would never give us anymore information. Finally we called uhaul from the location and they were not helpful. I requested that the lady cancel my order and start a new one so we could go. She did and got us on the way. It took an hour an 30 mins of hassle to get a truck that was ordered in advance. We had movers waiting and wasted that time. The truck was good. I think the program or internet has bad issues. And thank you to the lady that hung up on us from phone support that was not helpful.

Robert RedmanThis was not the location I reserved. It was 30 minutes away which was extremely inconvenient. I will not use u-haul in the future because of their reservation system. Other than that, the personnel at this location were knowledgeable and friendly.

Nathaniel LankenIt was NOT the locations fault, the man was super kind, tried to help, and was friendly. Location was clean, well lite, and cared for. They did all they could to help me. However, the Uhual website crashed way to much, service for me to finish an online check out and check in was so bad I had to call them several times and it still didn't work. I ended up changing my reservation because the online check in didn't work, and no-one could figure out what to do. Customer Service tried and also had no idea how to help. It's wild. Never had a problem with Uhaul but this was enough to turn us away. Cost me extra funds to change the reservation, lost time, had big issues getting things done....it was the most frustrating and crazy experience we've had with Uhaul. Never again. Just being honest. Nothing to do with Hilltop Auto-they did all they could. It was just terrible website service, customer service reps, and phone chats with Uhaul. 若

Got an email with receipt with an added $400 charge that I had to call and find out what it was and have to dispute it with company. Charged my account without permission, without notifying me and without going over truck with me.

The reservation was shifted to the following day in a town about 20 miles away. The staff there was pleasant and helpful, and we got a truck.
Paul Claytonabsolute crap fest trying to find the non-existent "king kong outdoor storage" location. Sign out front says "this location does not receive one way rental returns..." Why would you send me to a place that does not accept one way rental returns? Didnt you know I made one way rental? You charged me for it. . Debra 10-16-21 @ 1:50 said uhaul would not charge me the $20 drop off fee. And dont even think about charging me for the extra miles I had to drive around to find the alternate location! very disappointing and unpleasant experience

Even when we had an issue at the drop off location, Matthew walked us through it. The girls at the pick up location were awesome too. Very friendly and helpful!

DANIELWILLIAM STEVENSI feel that the service took way to long, we did not use insurance but they said to look at the truck for any damages, no one looked at the tires n we were given a truck that had gouged out tire and we were charged 200 on top of original bill. Not staying its all they're fault but we all were looking upward at the truck never the tires. All is well though.

Robert GaffneyThe lady at Hilltop Automotive had some difficulty uploading photos to the U-Haul website. This resulted in a delay in getting out of the office with the truck. She was very apologetic and was doing her best. I think that U-Haul needs to improve their computer system.
