It was very hard to put in Gas it stop a lot trying to put in gas.

jim vThe pickup truck was in good shape, but there was some sort of white powdery stuff on the floor on the passenger side. The woman who processed the paperwork was very nice.
Karen GTire sensor was showing low pressure when we picked it up. Had to add air on our own time and extra mileage. Ended up having to pay for extra miles on rental also.

Luis CU-Haul changed our pickup location. Then at the pickup location they didn't have our equipment available. Then when we went to drop it off at the drop off location, they said no you don't drop it off here you drop it off up the street. At the drop off location the gentleman was very nice but it took him a long time to process a customer

Catherine BI like that the van was up to date with technology. My only concern was that I didn't see or smell any cleaning tools are chemicals being used on or for the van when I was waiting for the van. I did smell a strong smell of weed..... I did disinfect the van when I got home. I would 100 % rent a van from this location again.
