Make the reservation correctly. I needed a truck and an appliance dolly (which was not available in the same location. I called U-Haul and they sent me to another location which did not have it either. The customer service for this area was horrible. I got hung up on several times, placed on hold and hung up on, transferred to several people with no help. Used miles to get the appliance dolly and want those miles reduced from my rental (about 8-12 miles which they were not) said they would contact us after 8-10 calls. We had to get help on our own because we did t have the dolly. This has been the worst experience and not our first time renting from U-Haul.

Atiya CDon't give guaranteed reservations then not answer or call the customer to confirm. My truck was not at the vendor at 0900 as confirmed then they didn't open till 1130 and was even late. Not a good experience!

SHAKEIRA NI reserved a 10ft uhaul when I arrive at the building no one was at the location i wait 20 mins. So I reach out to the owner and he told me it would be 5 mins until he got there. I had something to do so I informed the owner I'll be back around 4:30. The dude proceeded to tell me he didn't have a 10ft uhaul when I saw pull up in a 10 fit and wouldn't let me get the truck. He redone my contract an made me get the 15ft when I didn't need anything that big.I would recommend this location to anyone
ANTONIO MTruck was filthy. Smelled horrible. Turned it on and it was completely out of gas. Gas light was on.
Benjamin WGreat place to drop off. No one there. (before hours) I left the keys in the box. After the absolute hell of the pick up, that completely destroyed being done by early morning, my receiving end helpers were fabulous. They came later than they normally do and had me unloaded in 40 minutes. They were awesome!

JERRY ANot have the dealer call and say they cannot do the time that was guaranteed because they don't wanna work on a Saturday and make me pick the truck up a day early even with the guarante.
COLTON OThe person I was picking up from was late and that was somewhat frustrating but they were very kind and answered any questions thoroughly.
ADANA PI was charged extra for returning the truck on the date It was supposed to be returned. Because it was Labor Day and no one was there. I don't agree with it because the guy who issued the truck, said just drop the key off in the box but nothing about being charged extra!

Crystal WAdapter would have been nice to have for those with older model vehicles. Charging a $1 fee for those that needed one would be better than buying one for $14.95.
RODNEY CThe place said the establishment did not open till 9am which isn't a big deal.. I made an appointment to pick up a uhaul at 10am and the place wasn't even open at 10am. No one was even there! I called the number left on the door around 10am and the guy said "I'll be there in 2 minutes". Well 15 minutes go by and he finally shows up. It took an extra 20-25 min for him to complete the paper work and finally get me the keys. He didn't really give me any instructions on condition and gas for the uhaul. I eventually figure everything out on my own. Put a dispute an the uhaul app because there was a chip in the uhaul windshield and it was NOT clean. Dirt and leaves was in it.
Jhon MThe back driver tire was low when we rented the uhaul we had to put air in the tire 2 time the 2 days we had it. And the lady we rented it from said we did not put gas back where it was when we rented it and we stopped at enmarket and filled it back up b4 we took it back to her yard it would only hold 12,55 and it was full again so im not sure why she said the gas wasnt back where it should have been. I dont think she was right about that one. It was full when we rented it and it was full when we returned it to the yard
