When I picked up the truck the gas tank was a hair over 3/4 filled. I took a picture. When I dropped it off I was told the tank should have been 7/8 full and that I should fill it to that level. I showed the employee my picture and she said I could fill the tank to match. I guessed how much that would be, which of course would not have been necessary if the tank was full in the first place. I came up about 1 gallon short, which I also photographed. The employee said I could take the truck back to the pump or she could do it at a cost 75% more then the gas really cost. Further, I was expected to take before and after photos of the mileage but I was not told this until I was dropping off the keys. A ridiculous system to say the least.

sagar sMissed up the drop off location so had to pay extra money and filed a grievance.
Brianca JMake it easier to get a drop off location. After waiting an hour on hold was transferred to another location that knew nothing about area. When I got to facility they had no idea why I was there and left me to myself to unhook the trailer. No receipt to show I had returned the trailer in condition I had rented it.
