Even though no one was available for me to check in the trailer, and the U-haul website didn't seem to want to allow me to complete the rental online, your staff was able to assist me by phone, and I did get a call from the turn-in location the next business day confirming that the contract was successfully completed. Thanx U-haul for making this easy.

Nothing to improve on. After a long day of unpacking the truck , I stopped at the gas station to put it at the level I received it and able to use drop box for keys and contract to turn it in after hours, so I didn't have to get up early the next morning to return it. The whole uhaul experience was easy peasy. Thankyou.

It was a great experience. No need to change. Was the only store in Selmer with the truck I needed.

This location was excellent. However, Uhaul is UNRELIABLE and overpriced. Changed my location 3 times in 2 days even after booking 2 weeks in advance. Moving is stressful enough without the headache of worrying about a truck.

Horrible experience! We had to drive an hour out of our way just to pick this up because last minute, they didn't have a truck in our location and we done all this a week before having to leave. But upon arriving to this TN location, the lady was very kind and professional. Uhaul is blessed to have her because if not with her great attitude, I wouldn't see how y'all stayed in business.
