Jason KI reserved the cargo van on the phone. I specifically said I wanted to pick up the van on Friday and return it on Sunday..the office I ended up with was closed on Sunday..things were worked out satisfactorily but the experience was sloppy..I was told we had to return the van before 10 on Monday or we would be charged, but no appeared to open the gate til 10 minutes to 10.

Oscar TThere was a used condom in the back of my UHual and the gas was not at the level it said it was. I had the person adjust from 3/4 of a tank to 5/8 of a tank. But as I pulled out it dropped to even lower to 1/2 a tank. All said and done I think I put an extra $10 worth of gas in just because I was nervous I'd be billed for not putting in gas. I had a reservation for 10:45 and had to wait in line. I was late to my destination because I left 25 minutes later than expected. I've used UHual for all of my moves/transporting large items. Very unfortunate experience.

Maria EI would not recommend uhaul based on their recommendations on movers. I had a horrible experience with the people we hired through uhaul, talk to costumer service and its been a week and we're still waiting on a call back.
Jason KThe younger gentleman who handled my checkin and checkout was absolutely professional and much more courteous than the main UHaul Hollywood location down the street. I would rent from here again as oppose to the larger location if they have the same vehicle.

Nathaniel EI returned the vehicle before opening hours at 7:30 am. There was no drop box for the keys so I drove home and had to come back at opening.... MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. When I went back to drop off keys, apparently I was supposed to know that keys are dropped off through the mail slot at the public parking kiosk next door??? MAKE A SIGN THAT SHOWS YOU WERE TO DROP OFF KEYS.

Francesca BMy uhaul truck had leftover trash from the last person who used it, plus there was only 1/8th of gas in it, which was a bit annoying. Also, this location did not have the dolly (thankfully I didn't end up needing one, but still). They also only had half a dozen moving blankets when I ordered a dozen, and I for sure needed the full dozen since I was moving so much furniture. Lastly, this location (and operation/logistics manager could only get me a 10 foot truck at my preferred location AND preferred date/time. Would've had to wait several days to get the 15 foot truck I ordered over a month ago. I understand that everyone is booking uhauls and moving but wow, someone in logistics needs to get this sorted. I'm sure I'm not the only one getting screwed over. Had to leave a lot of furniture on the side of the street since my movers packed the 10 foot truck FULL. Even had the middle of the seats packed..
