Joshua R.The van was falsely advertised as a different vehicle. Then it was filthy inside. Then the person that rented it to me assured me my queen size mattress would fit vertically in the back. It did not. Then when I got back to turn the vehicle in I stood there discussing my issues with them and they failed to check the vehicle in on time and charged my an additional day. When I saw this on my emailed receipt I called immediately and spoke with Abraham and he assured me he would issue a credit/refund for the additional day. I found out today speaking with your customer service that did not get done. He also said he would have someone from Uhaul contact me on Monday. That also did not happen. We ended up having to rent another trailer yesterday to complete our move since we could not get all we needed into the van on Saturday
