David K.They didn't check in the keys in the drop box until days later. I got a call from U-Haul asking me about my late return, luckily I took a video of the ID tag on the keys before showing them being dropped in the drop box. Didn't seem like they were going to try to charge me for the late return but I definitely would have felt even more uncomfortable about it if I didn't have the video

Lalit J.Clerk was 4 hours late to open the store and 2 hours late for my pickup, then they couldn't find my reservation for another 20 minutes. They said they'd push back my deadline the next day by two hours but when I dropped it off 90 minutes before the extended deadline, I was charged for an extra day.

Gautam N.Did not have the furniture dollies and hand truck I ordered with the truck a month in advance. The guy who helped me was nice though. U-Haul is a sloppy and disorganized company as a whole and won't be using them again in the future.

David M.The windshields were filthy. The gas tank was total empty. I had to pay $50 for gas on return so the Van had a quarter of a tank. The agent said he had advised your team of the problem. I doubt he did. I was lied to twice by your phone contact people.
Gary J.Location was not marked, if there were not the other uhaul vehicles there I wouldn't not have known it is the right place. App said it is the wrong place. Why?!? Again, the attendent was super helpful and took care of it for me. Cudos to him. Good man.

Ronald L.Pick up was easy, except that I had forgotten my driver's license at home, but it is just a few minutes away. Checking the van was also easy, and it was clean and drove well. Fees for the rental were reasonable.

PASIVULANGI T.The app was not very reliable. I got connection lost messages a lot even though my cell reception was fine. There was a pad lock on the back door of the truck. It seems like it was left there by the last customer and the attendant hadn't noticed. When I pointed it out the attendant cut it off. Checking for pad locks should a standard part of the checkin and checkout process. And the app should be made more reliable.

CRAIG S.First I made a first reservation on internet for renting 15' truck, but around 7 pm a lady called me and told me it is canceled. Reference number: 22006007. When she , the representative, called me for cancellation, she was super rude and impolite. Please do not cancel the reservation without customer's request . Therefore I called customer service and a different lady helped me on the phone and she find new option for me. She was super helpful and problem solver. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the lady who helped me on the phone to make new reservation and Ms.Laura, who helped me and resolved the problem. Laura, the customer service representative is awesome
