Jodi DI ordered this a week or two in advance, a day beforehand they tell me the truck will be an hour away and that “oh well we can give you some miles for free and another day” well I don’t need another day and the miles are ON YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE. Guess what I still cover though? GAS! It’s almost $5.00 a gallon and I’m covering it for an HOUR more than I wanted to now, geez thanks fellas. I ordered it early to avoid that

He escorted me to the truck , had me click the link & follow the instructions . He he stayed with me to ensure I completed my rental inspection with pics on my phone! It was the best rental pick up experience I have had in renting with Uhaul.

Paul NConsidering that the office was closed on Sunday when I dropped off the trailer I can't say anything about the personnel. However, U haul forces all questions to be answered before the review can be submitted . . . so, since there were no personnel there on Sunday I was forced to select "No" to the question "Were the personnel helpful". Otherwise, the drop off was pretty simple and straightforward; more than adequate room for drop off.
