The air conditioner in the truck kept going out. It would work for a few minutes then just blow hot air. Males for a very hard 6 hr drive

You tell the customer to call if there going to be late. But you don't tell them they only have 30 mins after there return time to get it back or you will be charge another day. And you don't tell customer to make sure and confirm you returned the unit.

When I turned the truck and trailer in, one of the attendants on duty (not Brian) - the man with the pony tail & glasses (don't know name so giving a description) - said I needed to fold all the furniture pads I had rented, or that he would fold them and then charge me 25 $. I did not see this requirement in my contract. So, I folded them. Then, when he checked the truck and trailer in on his phone from the truck he listed the appliance dolly, regular dolly, and floor dolly as missing and the email receipt I got charged me 331 $for that. So, I went into the office and talked to Brian who fixed it. All of those dolly's were there and the guy who checked me in said he just made a mistake. Glad I checked my credit card before leaving UHaul! Sure enough, the 331 $charge had already gone through onto my card so Brian fixed it and returned the money to my card but it took 3 days for the credit to show up! Brian did his job, the other guy I would not deal with again.

I was told that the truck we rented at a full tank of gas it only had a half a tank. The van was dirty it had some kind of soft drink spilled all over the window and visor. I just felt like this was acceptable for the amount of money we paid for a one-way trip.

First the individual who greated me asked if I had any issues and I said yes, the enclosed trailer leaked. His reply was huh ok. Some of my things got wet and it didn't seem that he could of cared less. Then when I went to take the 4 lead extension that I had supplied myself he basically accused me of stealing. I had gotten the lead years ago from another person but because it had uhaul on it he treated me like a common thief. Fine keep your 5 dollar lead. I won't rent from here ever again.

Got charged an extra day for both the trailer and coverage because I dropped off the trailer ‘late' at 1100 instead of 0900, which I was never told about. In the past I've always been told as long as it's the day indicated for drop off then it'd be fine. This by itself is annoying, but the guy that ‘greeted' us when we dropped off the trailer had little in the way of customer-friendly people skills. Something better than just an obnoxious attitude and, “Hey! You scheduled today? Machine is showing it's late. I have nothing to do with that, can't help you. Is there anything I should know about? You'll get emailed a receipt, bye.” He could've said, “Hey, how you doing? I'm (whateverhisnameis), here for a drop off? Cool, let me make sure it's scheduled for today real quick. Ah, apparently it was scheduled to be dropped off earlier today. Kinda sucks but that means you're getting charged an extra day for both the trailer and coverage. I'm sorry about that, but I personally have no control over it, that's just the way the system handles it. Again, sorry for that but I hope everything else is good? Any damages to the trailer that happened during the trip? No? Cool, then we're all good. You'll get an emailed receipt shortly, but would you like a physical one as well? Thank you for your business, I hope you have a wonderful day!” Maybe he was having a bad day, or maybe I just interacted with the least helpful/friendly guy out of how many ever people that work there. Either way, won't be interacting with him again if I need to move.

Not personable. Had item rented for 6 hours starting at 9 and started getting calls when I wasn't there at that time. I had it paid for more time than I needed and decided I would go after things i needed to do my job with on that day instead of the day before.

This was far and away the easiest rental I've ever done. Online reservation was easy. Location called to check on me for pickup (because I was running 30 min late). Online check in was ultra convenient and worked well from my mobile. When I arrived the rep was friendly, courteous and efficient. I was in and out with trailer in tow in less than 10 minutes. The return was even faster. Remarkable job, UHaul!

I wasn't going to get to the store before they closed but wanted to get trailer turned in before my second day ran into my third. The employee wasn't very helpful in telling me how exactly to do a mobile return. It was pretty easy as it turned out. Tried calling 800 number, but after a 30 min wait, hung up. If I were corporate U Haul, I would expect/demand better customer service from my employees and figure out a way go make the 800 number more responsive.

The hours suck at this location never open or shld say open late close early not convenient for working people. Didn't want to leave the dolly there unattended because it would be easily stolen!

Picked up truck tue night around 8pm used it wed morning everything was as expected.  Plans changed and we needed to take the vehicle from Weatherford TX to Ponca City OK, called the dealer he said we would have to make a new reservation because that truck was in town only.  I asked him if we could bring truck back to dealer and move merchandise from original truck to new truck and he was ok with that.  We showed up at 1p he was inside with doors locked with note on door he was at lunch from 1p to 2p. He saw us there but would not open the door or talk to us.. We waited in parking lot for the entire hour, at 2 he opened the door and gave us the new key to the new truck and then we moved the merchandise. When I pulled put of dealership I drove about half a mile truck was unsafe to drive, entire truck was shaking, took it back to dealership he said he didn't have another truck that could go one way even though there were several trucks on lot. He told me I needed to call the roadside assistant number.  I drove the truck at 30 mph to my house 3 miles away so I wouldn't be stuck at dealers location.  That was at 230 , Road side assistant when I called said they wanted me to drive it to mineral well another town 20 miles away to a tire shop, told the lady truck was unsafe to drive and it was not a tire issue.  She dispatched a tire company who showed up almost 3 hours later and told me it wasn't the tires, as I had originally said.  We have now had to unload the uhaul and force the contents into my garage and extra bedrooms. Everyone that had driven down from ponca city ok ,5 hours away had to leave and go back.  My house is packed, my garage is packed and it's now 830 and still have a broke down uhaul setting in front of my house. Second repair truck showed up about 10pm and told me he had a work order to change out front tires, at this time it doesn't matter day has been waisted, everyone's time waisted and nothing has been moved. First uhaul was 125 dollars and second one was most 600 dollars and it' sat empty infront of my house because it was unsafe to drive. Need a full refund of both and compensation for my waisted day ... Very unhappy with my experience and service from uhaul. Your employee should have tried to fix the situation, especially after paying almost 700 $entire day waisted...

This truck quit several times on us, problems with the electrical. We lost nearly a full da of use waiting for repairs and fooling with it - no refunds offered still charged full price. We will look at other options than U-haul in the future.

Brian in the office always seemed very nice, and no one gave my any hassle about moving out, stopping my charges the day I let them know. It was appreciated. Lots of cobwebs and general trash in the hallways though. The light switches were recently fixed but before that did not work for months. Some of the trash was pretty gross and still there weeks at a time. I cleaned the cobwebs with my own broom around my storeroom many times. A few spiders and grasshoppers, one or two roaches, and once I saw mouse droppings but that was over a year ago. I started spraying peppermint every time I came to keep them away, and it seemed to have worked.

Windshield covered with bugs, ordered two dozen blanket pads (24) in four sealed bundles, and only got (23) and had to pay 44,00 $ for the missing pad at drop off…manager was in hurry, did not verify pad count or help me set the mirrors…warning : count all pad pieces or you will be scammed out of your CASH

When I rented from a different location, I was walked through the whole process. This location didn't even have me do the pre check. I was running late due to the storms rolling through the area. I messaged to let them know. I arrived within the 15 min time window. The guy was so rude and disrespectful. Again, no precheck, no paperwork, no explanation of anything.

The U-Haul websites advertise the trailer as 5 x 9. However the actual width of the ramp is only about 4‘8“. This did not work for my haul and I informed the agency immediately to say I was bringing it back. I would have rented a larger trailer but I was informed all the tailgates are the same width. Although I hadn't been gone even 30 minutes And could not use the trailer, I was charged full price. Horrible customer service and I don't expect to use U-Haul ever again

Lower your prices; check your equipment before lending it out; clean the trucks and be more like Penske but offer lower prices.

When someone reserves a truck a week and a half before needing it and are told it's available uhual should honor it! NOT inconvenience the customer by telling them they now have to go 30 minutes away to pick up the truck! Who ever rented it before me should have been told they MUST return the day before I rented it. Inconvenience the customer who reserved it after me, NOT cool to make me who reserved it before them have to scramble the day before to figure out something else!! Not cool uhual and my company is done using you!

Closed the store before posted business hours, despite us calling to say we were on the way. Also they were going to cancel our reservation stating we were fifteen minutes late.

Check trucks before renting them to another person. We were given a truck that was completely dirty in the cab and in the back of the truck and was told we were going to be charged a cleaning fee. Also don't think it's the renters responsibility to report how many miles or fuel is in the truck for the workers so they know, could understand confirming the information but not telling the worker.

I never even moved in. The two knuckleheads couldn’t figure out auto pay obviously that’s why it never got paid, couldn’t figure out how to pay 6 months in advance, I wasted 200 $on this bull sh*t. Y’all are crooks and I want my money back!

I did move out of the unit before the end of April, but my credit card was charged for the May rent. When I called the man said he was unable to get into his computer but he would refund it as soon as he could. Would you please check on this and reply!

The assistant, not the manager, was very unprofessional and very disrespectful to my wife as well as myself. We moved our stuff to another facility because of this. I tried to locate management and/or owner was not successful. Asked the assistant and he told me to google it.
