MICHAEL BI drove from my pickup location, they gave me a 877 number to call for a dropoff location. The guy I talked to gave me a location. But when I got there was no one there and it was very confusing on how to drop it off. I dropped off the keys hoping that everything we did was right.
Tamara CMy drop off location was changed on me by someone at Uhaul the morning I was supposed to drop it off. The next day I went to get a receipt and they informed me I was at the wrong drop off location and I spent over an hour talking to 3 different people to get it fixed. I didn't change my drop off location and I wasted an hour of my day or had to pay a fee of $800. Terrible experience

brenda bI didn't understand why I paid $400 for a trailer dolly. I rented a truck from NC for $400 and I told the rep I was dropping the trailer off in Hammond, IN (Chicago Area) I distinctly stated that I was dropping the trailer off in another state. I checked and verified my vehicle trailer prior to getting on the road because I had no knowledge of transporting a vehicle like this before. Finally Hope Mills told me to talk to the facility in Hammond to see if I could get a discount.

Zera LI know some times the vehicles sit for a while, so the issue I had was the truck fail to start at one of my stops. I believe the battery was low. After a jump start from a kind person the truck started. I mention the problem I had to the person who signed the vehicle in. Thank you.

james cEquipment needs to be better maintained. Tail lights on driver side were dysfunctional even though the employee who helped to hook up said it was fine. Upon turn in, employee told us no additional charges will be added then an extra day was charged. Very disappointed with this experience.

JOSEPH MExcellent drop off location. Only issue was what to do after hours but I called UHAUL and they helped me out.
Joshua BLocation was closed; there wasn't adequate space to park a 26 ft uhaul. The only other equipment they had there were the small hauling trailers; which is really all the space can accommodate. Although I dropped the truck off Wednesday evening it wasn't entered into the system until today; causing me to be overcharged $40 for an additional day. Merci

chris bReserved moving pads online and also checked with Hope Mills Auto to make sure they would be available. Went to pick up the truck and they only had 6 pads. Had to drive to 4 different locations to get them. All on our "moving day". Not a happy camper!
jonn hThe clerk told us we could return the trailer at the location near our residence in Virginia, but apparently that was bad info. Not only was the return not credited when the trailer was returned, my card was charged nearly $100 more than I contracted for. I won't make the mistake of using this facility again.
