Jamie CEverything was perfect. I've rented with Hoppy before and each time was great. I was in and out extremely fast both on the pickup and return sides. Could not have been better. Also they asked my approximate miles I was going to put on and when I was done, it was lower so he adjusted the price accordingly..

Katherine WGood location, very helpful staff! Just the vehicle had minor issues - cargo bay light was not working, loading ramp rubber was broken and appliance dolly had minor fault - no rolling rubber to roll smoothly over staircases.

Luis LWas over charged with fuel charge, when I had returned it with gas tank at same measurement I was given.. and also was over charged on time.. guy marked it for 4 hours when I had only used the U-Haul for an hour.

VERNON BYour pricing has gotten out of hand, $6 700 for a rental for cross the country. I will not be renting again. You survey is asking the wrong questions.
Kim WNot sure who is responsible but the attic leaked. We had rain and 20 boxes soaked. Last thing you need when moving is to replace and repack boxes. We lost some office supplies and food. We were told at pick up we had until Wednesday 900am but when we returned 3 hours after pickup on Tuesday we got charged an extra 54 dollars. Moving is hard enough without all the extra hassle and expense.

Guillermo RThere was a sticker on the dash which indicated that there was a USB port, but there was none. Either remove the inaccurate sticker, or, even better, add the USB port.

Erin GGive correct information when asked! I called well in advance to make sure the 15' truck would be compatible a car trailer I was going to purchase for trailer my car, I was told that truck had 7 pin connection for trailer lights and brakes, I asked again electric trailer brake compatible? Again the answer was yes. After getting the truck home I noticed a sticker above the hitch to contact Uhaul representative for trailer brake information. Representative told me none of the Uhaul trucks have a controller for electric trailer brakes!!! Now I have a car trailer I can't tow and no way to move my classic Cadillac 2500 miles to Ohio!!! Had I been given the correct information when I asked I wouldn't have rented the truck or bought a car trailer!!! My car and trailer now sit at a friends house in California, I'm now living in Ohio with no way of getting my car out to me, transportation companies won't do it because of the modifications made to the suspension. I trusted the Uhaul representative and their knowledge of the trucks they rent. I'm completely disgusted by what has occurred and I'm most likely going to have sell my car and trailer or buy a 50k truck to tow it with. I will never use Uhaul again and discourage anyone thinking about using Uhaul Regards, James
