Outstanding service and courteousness. I appreciated the courtesy of holding my "guaranteed" reservation for a move to out of state, one way rental. It was a hard move date, no flexibility, and Hoppy made sure my truck was there and available though demand for it was sky high.ARNOLD A.
Great location, great agent. Second time I do business in a week. This time I had to leave my car while using the truck, and realized that there are plenty of parking spots in the shadow in the street within very short walking distance. I retrieved my car nice and cool (was a sunny hot day). Will not hesitate to come back. So convenient compared to other UHAUL locations.DIDIER F.

The app is very difficult to use. I couldn't pick up the truck Friday night at 8pm because the app took a long time and then went down. The system wasn't up until 1am. I'd called the sales reps 3-4 times, with 46-60min hold time every call, and they weren't helpful at all. One of the even updated my reservation to the wrong date! At the end, I wasn't able to pick up the truck until the next morning when there was reps in the store. Worst experience ever! U-Haul touchless pickup sucks!YEUKHEILUCY Y.

I appreciated how fast and efficient the store manager was - and how he encouraged me to return the truck to HIS location to save me money. Unfortunately, returning the truck to Sunnyvale would have been inconvenient - but i had NO idea you could save so much money by bringing the truck back to the location you rented it from!KAREN S.

Sub:: Request for refund of excess filling of petrol in the vehicle through an oversight on my part. Dear Sir/Madam, This has refence to the vehicle no. BE 1960G used by me for U-haul contract number 25851197 on 28.4.21 for shifting luggage from my residence at 720,Blair court to Spruce Apts, 655 S Fair Oaks complex. While the vehicle has served the purpose for which it was taken from you, I have observed excess filling of petrol for travel of only 6 miles for which I furnish the details as below:: 1 ) First filling was done of 1,66 gallons amounting to 5,98 $) Second filling done of 2,59 gallons amounting to 9,32 $) Third filling was done of 6,39 gallons amounting to 22,94 $ Total petrol filled by me of 10,64 gallons amounting to 38,24$ As the barometer never moved after first and second filling of petrol, the third filling done by me was in a hurry as the vehicle was to be returned in time which I submitted at 10,12 pm. This third filling done by me was a sincere attempt to ensure the barometer returns to its original position. However this third filling is definitely an excess through an oversight on my part. I being a first time user of vehicle, I sincerely request you to, kindly refund me the substantial amount considering overfilling of petrol for vehicle travel of only 6 miles. I have the bills of all 3 filling and I can submit the same if required. Considering the merits of my case, I have put a sincere request to you for refund of the excess amount paid by me, which I hope you will honor and oblige.Ruchir N.

Wonderful! Gentleman was kind & patient, super helpful. Extended our rental a few hours for no charge, and was very sweet when we forgot to return something (our bad!). It's a little hidden, but GPS takes you there just fine.KELLEN H.

App experience was terrible. Don't use it. Took 45 minutes to be approved - if I hadn't added an extra hour in advance, I would have been late for drop off because of this delay. Hoppy was great and did his best to help, but the U-Haul software was fundamentally busted. 9-foot van was very clean and drove well and had much more interior room than I expected.Ivan E.

Passenger mirror was extremely loose! Very dangerous had to drive 450 miles and make it to my location and could not be late or I wouldn't get paid. Called customer service and they wouldn't give any type of discount for safety issues.VINCENT W.

i reserved a truck for at the Fremont location and they didn't have it the day i needed it and had to drive to Sunnyvale, then they advised me to get the 15 foot truck and i said since you're recommending the 15 footer i'll take the 20 to be safe. well my stuff didn't fit and i had to make a 2nd trip. my drive was 5,5hrs away and wasted a whole day driving back. this is for the Fremont location. Hoppy was great at helping me.ART M.
