I would recommend that this location be identified as self service.

Customer feedback is extremely important to us. We use these reviews to guide our efforts and improve our service. Everything that follows is direct from our customers, without any filtering or editing on our part.
The UHAUL program/system that comes to my phone to get my information was extremely glitchy. She had to send it multiple times because it kept saying that it had timed out, despite me doing everything quickly and immediately. You have some bugs to work out with that software. The staff at the location was absolutely wonderful and very helpful.
