The truck had a message the entire time: "left RR tire air low" -- and it stayed on even after we put air in it. Probably just a glitch, but it made us nervous.

The pick up location was as disgusting as any home on the show hoarders!!!! Rotten food, dirty clothes, food covered pots and pans laying in the corner of the room, full garbage bags everywhere. The smell of human feces was putrid and overwhelming!!! The man was living in the office, he slept in a recliner chair in the middle of the room. We couldn't even move past one step inside the door. Other than that U-Haul did great.

The office where I picked it up at was hurrable, it look as if the 800 lb man that handed me the keys was living in the office and the smell caused me to vomit after I left the place, I couldnt get out of there fast enough. Very Very Bad pick up location!!!

Pros-the truck I rented was in good shape and drove well. It was the right size for our needs thanks to Ayana at 1-800-GoUhaul. Cons-the pick up location was in a tiny home inspection company. My nephew and I stepped into the building and it was a filthy mess-looked like a hoarder lives there. Open bags of snacks strewn around the floor with food spilled out, garbage and mess everywhere. The smell was horrible. The owner came from a back room after I called out "hello" several times. He came out in his sock feet. Did the transaction from his phone that he was having trouble with, it took forever. My nephew was to be the driver-the owner sent a link to my nephew's phone to enter his driver's license. The link was not working and it also wanted access to his photos, etc. It was totally frustrating, and taking so long, we ended up skipping that and I just drove the truck all day. I would not recommend this location at all to rent a U-Haul.

overall good experience, only negative is truck had 1/4 tank of gas and had to fill up right away taking time from my move.

Absolutely worst location. The man did not have a mask on, place was filthy and smelled like cats, the clerk was in his pajama's, and was suppose to be a contactless pick and it was not. Got charged for a dolly that was not on the truck. Absolute worst EVER!!!!!!

They used credit card that was used for supplies online, not the one I handed them to use. They also added insurance to my total that I did not want nor asked to have added.
