The rear door spring is pretty strong, and a bit hard to get up - but when it goes up - IT GOES UP!
James T.The truck was 4qts low on oil. We tried calling and sat on hold. We purchased oil and took pictures of the oil level before and after adding the appropriate weight. We also have the receipt. This was definitely an inconvenience.

BETH H.We have always used this location, however, the app is challenging to use and cumbersome. We hat, but when the map of our truck, the ID number and the keys don't match, it turns into a nightmare. We lost at least 45 minutes trying to get the truck. The truck wasn't clean, there wasn't a two wheel dolly in the back and there was debris in it as well. Glad we brought our own dolly. We do appreciate the refund.

PATRICK A.The trailer door track was damaged and it was extremely difficult to get the door open or closed. It jammed up and I smashed a finger trying to get it open so I could load my items. Spencer at the rental location was great in terms of the customer interaction, but Uhaul should do a better job of maintaining the equipment.

marvin O.The original U-Haul I rented was not available on my reservation date because the person before me did not return the rental so I had to postpone my move for 24 hours to wait for another truck that rental went very smoothly although I did not receive any sort of discount or future discount for having my reservation basically canceled. Because of his cancellation the day I did have the truck I had no help because I had my health reserved for the date I reserved the truck so my overall move was a disaster but I still paid my full rental price is SF nothing had been changed to my original reservation. I was told I would receive a discount but did not.

Fortunately, the problem was resolved, but their needs to be a backup plan that allows rentals when the computers are down. Should a more severe computer failure occur, what is the back up plan for U-Haul?

ryan M.When I asked if I could leave the truck off early, he said I think you can. Shouldn't the service guy know if I could drop it off early . In fact he should have told me that not only that I had drop off the keys but also the contract and go on a web site before I drop them off. I had access to the web so I could not do that either. I mess it all up.
