Make the check in a little easier after hours. My phone died and I had to drive back later in the day to return the truck.

I had an Outstanding experience and would recommend Hudson Rentals and Garden Design to all of my family and friends! They made the U-Haul Truck Rental process super easy to schedule on-line. I arrived at the Hudson location earlier than what I initially booked on the U-Haul website. This place is in a very convenient location! I modified a couple things once there and was able to pick up the 15FT truck without waiting for my scheduled time. The lady who helped me was really nice, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! She took the time to answer all of my questions, made necessary changes to my plan, and provided me with some accessories to assist me with the move! Before I knew it, I was in the driver's seat and on my way! I had the U-Haul Truck for 24 Hours, and the rental return was just as easy of a process. This was my first time renting a U-Haul Truck and I would give Hudson Rentals 10-Stars for their Customer Service and for the overall Accommodations provided to assist with our MOVE!!! Thank You Very Much for what you do and for making the U-Haul rental process a Smooth & Simple one!

deron quinnI did not reserve on line as I wanted to work with a real person. I have rented u-hauls before and always an easy process. I was not aware of cleaning fee and feel this should be mention when doing paperwork along with other charges. I reserved ahead of picked and think I should see contract before not sent by e-mail 10 mins after I took truck. I had to ask about returning with gas, never asked about protect. I am not always on my phone like many people do it would be like to be told about procedures as sending text when dropping off truck. Lack of communication. Feel I was taken advantage of. Should be able to see what I will be charged prior to rental.

Rahmat UllahLocation was not open during business hours despite my having an appointment to drop off my truck. They then charged me a late fee and after hours admin fee because they did not process the return until the following day - despite me calling Uhaul to memorialize that my drop off was on time. It unnecessarily complicated the process. Luckily, the general phone customer service for Uhaul is excellent and they were able to help resolve all of these issues created by the location. Hopefully this was just an off day.
Scott Mathews-NovelliThis location does not attach trailers to your vehicle. They also don't keep to their posted hours. I returned trailer at 3:45 so I could use their jack before they closed at 4pm. (Posted closing time) They were already closed so I had to use the jack that came with my truck. Then they charged me $20 for returning trailer after they closed. You can't make this up. Never again.

Mark DeckerI work for a non profit. Yesterday at 2pm we rented a 10 foot box truck. The women at the front desk whom was also taking care of toddler at same time was going over procedures stating that since I was bringing back truck that day after hours there would be additional steps I would have to take when I return truck. I expressed that seemed a lot for me specially being late and dark and asked if I could rent for 24 hours instead, so that someone would be there when I return. She stated sure and that truck would have to be returned by 2pm. I said okay that will work. She then asked me if it was okay to charged same card on file since changing to 24hrs. I assumed that at that point she was making those changes, now that I am remembering that was same time toddler grabbed landline phone and thru to ground maybe this is what distracted her. This morning I awoke to messages asking where truck was. I called her back as I was confused, she told me that the conversations never happened took no responsibility for the mistake she made in not following thru with our conversation instead she charged the non profit for 2 days even though we only had truck for 23hrs. Not sure how you can charge for two days. On phone with her she was caught in multiple lies. First she said it was due back at 11pm then when i repeated conversation that happened prior day she said well I told you to bring it back at 10am today which she didn't she said 2pm. It's sad when a company can overbook then out right lie and still get away with charging double.

Michael RodriguezThe first day I showed up making reservations, and following all the rules, it was all for nothing, because even though it was listed as being open and should've been on the sign on the front door and everything, the person just didn't show up so I could rent a truck. I had to cancel everything and go home. Two days later I showed up using the app first, the app couldn't recognize my face and kept making me. We photograph my face and my drivers license. Finally the app said it wasn't me! I had to call an operator and they had to call a bunch of people and finally they approve me after an hour of sitting there, photographing myself over and over. It was me! Then when I return the truck on time Later , I was trying to figure out everything to do to let them know I'd return the truck so I wrote a message to the location saying I've returned the truck. Everything's here it's all filled up and the keys in the lock box. Then when I got the bill, they added $20 on because I didn't see the sign on the door that I said I had to let them know I'd return the truck , this is the same sign on the door that said someone was supposed to be there two days earlier when I showed up I'm supposed to follow all of their rules but they don't follow their own. A terrible terrible experience. I'll never use it again. completely screwed up.

Patricia LuccardiLocation was closed during the hours posted as open. As a consequence, I was required to follow a Drop off procedure that was not posted anywhere on the outside of the building. Instructions only referred to uhaul online instructions which I was unable to find until I returned home and had internet access.
