No way to adjust seats. Took forever to get rental started casing a major delay in my day. Rental fees varied greatly from quoted price.

I prefer an in person pickup, which I requested, however the contact wasn't there. Neighbor business said he left the country. It took 2 hours with Uhaul customer service to get the truck. After that, my move had other issues, Uhaul accommodated by adjusting my return date and times. Uhaul was great.

As in the past, the windshield was dirty. There seems to be no squirt on the truck, so couldn't do anything. The door windows were clean, to the point that I had to touch to be sure the windows were closed.

I had difficulty with the online checkin process at this remote location and needed assistance from customer service to complete the process.

Vehicle was dirty. Dolly was not in truck. Business was closed during hours it was supposed to be open. Overcharged for mileage

First off, there shouldn't be a way to reserve a truck for pick up at 7am when the office doesn't even open until 9am. I had to change the location to this one on southern to find an available truck. This truck was almost on empty, immediately had to get gas upon pick up. The check engine light was on and the truck rattled like it was struggling to stay together.
