Charmaine SDealer info is outdated. Original location and pickup was changed after submission. Pick-up times were changed from late in the morning until not available until after 9:30 am. This is too late to be starting to pick up moving equipment. In addition, tire had been plugged and was flat at pick up time. Dealer had no way to correct and had to call roadside assistance. Uhaul website locked up and does not recognize hauling an UTV on an auto transport trailer. Attempted to reserve using my son's car which was already in my account and still no response. Unable to reserve through website. I had to call in to reserve. A debacle from the start

pedro jUhaul doesn’t let you know what location have trucks available can you only find out when you arrive to the place , making you Drive to a different location to get the truck you need.
Margarita RI drove 20 miles and they charged me for 12 gallons of gas. That is not right and is taking advantage of me. They would not have done it if they did not already have my credit card on file. Nor, did they have the decency to advise me of excessive gasoline charge prior to putting it on my credit card. As you can tell, I am not happy.

Cameron RTruck was not ready at requested time and when I did get it, it was 7 miles until empty and the guy that checked me out was really rude.
Ashlee MWhen we first got there then place was not open. We understand because this was after Hurricane Beryl, nobody had electricity but I'm old fashioned and like to do things with a live person. I called uhaul and there was a rep that guided me through the app, so we went back and it was open. Check out went smoothly. The Gentleman there was great
Toni RLocation was great. App kept failing while trying to check truck in. Several times so could not check in.
Richard DBusiness was gated and couldn't get in. We had to call them to come outside and let us in.
John HI needed moving blankets so that I could pack my furniture without damaging it so I order 2 dozen blankets to rent with my truck and dolly. When I arrived I was informed that there were no blankets available so I had to make extra trips to move my furniture without damage. If you can reserve moving blankets, please have moving blankets available.

julianna mThere is only one entry and one exit, but other than that, everything was great. I just got more practice at backing a trailer. You can never have too much of that. The guy that orchestrated the drop off at the location was very nice and helpful.
John BThe U-Haul didn't have a ramp. Trash was on the inside on the cabin and back of the truck.

TAMARA II had to leave my vehicle in an unlit muddy area. The trucks were parked in the same area. In the grass and dirt. When I returned my vehicle, there were no lights whatsoever. I was having to use my cell phone, flashlight with one hand and trying to work the locks and take pictures with another. I had to prop my cell phone up in order to put the lock in the truck. My pictures were not very clear due to it being dark and no lighting. I also did not get the dolly I had rented since they switched bites on me.

ANDY GFast, friendly service. My moving buddy had lost his wallet. When I called the uhaul service the workers went above and beyond and located the wallet in the truck! Thank goodness!! You guys are awesome. Definitely will use you again for future and refer to your location

Rusty Lits not the location i have an issue with, its the policy on no out of state licenses on vans/ pickup trucks, had me taxi all the way there with no information whatsoever that i needed an instate license to rent one
shaheer tThe Truck was out of gas at time of pick up. The check engine light was already on. None of the dollys I reserved were provided. I told the leasing agent this information before leaving the lot. I had to put gas in the truck within a few miles to avoid running out of gas. With in less than 10 miles the truck broke down, the transmission shift lever broke. U-Haul did send someone to help and U-Haul did refund my rental fee....all but the gas I had to pay for just to get on the road. I'm thankful for the refund, but the rest of the experience was poor.
Ron HThe lady Sheri at the Kingwood location that arranged to pick up was very rude and did not listen to my needs and request.. I specifically asked for a open trailer and was given a box trailer. When tried to speak to a manager she hung up in my face. She was very argumentative and rude.
