All good, staff at this location were helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.
Joe CAfter unsuccessfully searching for a drop box, I contacted customer support. Support was unprofessional, unhelpful, unresponsive, and rude--telling me that there is a dropbox and waiting until fifteen minutes into the conversation to tell me I'm chatting with the wrong department. I called the right department, nobody answered, and I was forced to figure things out on my own. I returned the keys to the drop off location during business hours and they informed me there isn't a drop box. I loved the location, but U-Haul's customer support needs an overhaul. I was impressed by both locations, but unimpressed with U-Haul in-between pick up and drop off. It's a real pain moving and then having to deal with ineffective customer support.
