The uhaul worker never got out of her chair never looked at the truck or the gas mileage! She actually had both of her children at work with her which I thought was accommodating from management but it hindered my transaction ! I needed to switch the drop off location because Where we moved is 1 hour from there and I didn't have a way to drop off the truck so far with my two little ones. She charged my card before she answered my questions and before ANY CHANGES were made. The woman gave me her hotspot because wifi was not working when I tried to check in the truck. Never was able to take pictures or see the condition of the truck from previous users. The hotspot worked only inside the building. Before I drove off she has a cigarette in her mouth and was talking to coworkers outside smh.

My father wanted to help me in my move to KS and so he offered to put the U-Haul on his credit card. I messaged the U-Haul customer service online and was told that I could call and prepay. I called and was told that the prepay service was not currently working. The lady I spoke with put a note onto my file with my father's credit card information. When I arrived at the U-Haul location they had no information on my father's card. They attempted to use the credit card system to enter my father's credit card information manually to no avail. After 1 hour of their credit card online processing errors I had to use my own card. This would not have frustrated me if I had not been told from the beginning that I could use a card that I did not have in my possession. Also, the online credit card system that the staff was using did not seem to be helpful at all. The staff at Cherry Orchards did the best that they could within a messed up system. It started a very hectic day of moving states off on the wrong foot. Even two days later I am still frustrated at the way it went down.

The location was actually awesome, best, cleanest uhaul facility i have EVER been in. The gentleman working the counter was very helpful also. HERE IS WHERE MY PROBLEM STARTS. I rented an appliance dolly, well as soon as I got home with the uhaul I opened the cargo door and NO APPLIANCE DOLLY. Ok, no big deal, so i call the phone number on the invoice, well that is a regional number or something, not the actual location, so they give me another number. Call that number and it is the facility i rented from, but it is an answering machine with another number to call for immediate help, so i call this number. The lady on that phone was ONE OF THE RUDEST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER EVER EVERY DEALT WITH. She basically told me it was my fault for not checking before i left if the dolly was in the back and there was nothing she could do about it, i had to go back and get it, the problem there is that i do not have a vehicle, my vehicle was left at the facility i rented the uhaul from and my help was loading the moving truck. so what i am supposed to do? stop my moving, take the uhaul, put more miles on it so i can get charged, then come all the way back and resume my move?? NOT ACCEPTABLE....i told her can't someone drive to my house and bring it to me...she answered NO, WE WILL NOT DO THAT. SIR...WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING DON'T YOU MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IT....she was very unprofessional, rude, and for this reason i will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.

I was very disappointed in the truck rental the wheel alignment was terrible which made it hard to drive and it felt like the shocks were out. I have never rented a uhaul that rode that bad before and I have rented several uhauls. When I tried to call the store no one answered.

Uhaul should not use Cherry Hills Storage, they lost our order even though it was prepaid, wasted 2 hours of moving day finding where order went. Thankfully regional director came in to assist but too little too late, I am sorry, the customer service agent did not care nor accept responsibility for actions. Rude and unprofessional. Unnecessary stress during a cross country move, lame!!!!!

The gentleman at the front desk was the only positive experience of my rental. Truck would not turnover. Dead battery. Desk attendant jumped it and all was well. Loaded vehicle and stopped for lunch. Battery was dead again. Not holding charge. Had to call Uhaul roadside assistance. I was on hold for what seemed like an eternity. Natasha with Uhaul managed to get a tow truck to come out fairly quick. I will not use Uhaul again since they obviously do not inspect all their vehicles in between rentals. My experience was definitely a very poor one.

I probably won't use you again the next time tyou want to send a trailer back to a location for repairs do it your self. The damn brakes on the trailer drug and made it jerky it did not track straight even when unloaded and was harder to pull then the nice trailer I left in Great Bend. I think you shoul be refunding me some money for doing your pick up and delivery. I was very disappointed that I did not have a decent trailer to rent me on the move even though a better one was available. The rental location had to pry out the fender so it would not catch the tire on the trailer and was sorry that he was told he had to give that trailer to go to Omaha! I'm sorry too.

Have a clear drop off time for the customer from the quote phase...even if it just says "24 hours from pick up" if the pick up time is not known. For example, when I reserved the trailer, it only listed the date. Once I picked up the trailer, then my drop off time was 24 hrs from that point, which was not communicated prior to that. So an extra $30 later, my journey was complete. Worst experience as a whole I've had with UHAUL.

There was not nearly enough room in the truck for our stuff. We selected the truck that said it would hold a two bedroom home. We had combined two, one bedroom apartments and had sold a lot of stuff. The estimated sizing is way off and should be adjusted. I have talked to a couple other people who had a similar experience. Also did not like that we selected a place to pick up right near our place then the day before the location was changed with no explanation. I was also told that for a fee they would load our car onto the tow dolly but when we got there they told us we had to do it ourselves but they could talk us through it. I am glad that it was at no charge, but why tell me you offer a service that you in fact do not offer? We were told that "legally they are not allowed to do it for us" but when I called to inquire about the tow dolly I was told for $20 it was a service offered. Over all U haul contributed to an already frustrating experience.

Nice people to deal with but didn't properly attach the trailer. The trailer was very loose on the hitch and the chains dragged on the ground. Had to resolve these issues myself. If didn't there could have been the possible of a serious incident.
