Wesley D.The truck needed service. There was a warning alarm about the break system that would go on and off during driving. Also I paid to refill the gas tank back to the last level I picked the rental truck, however I was still charged for gas for not being above the last level shown! (I took before and after pictures) I called customer service and sent them picture but they still did not remove the charge in fear they would get in trouble if they did. They need to stop charging customers for not filling the tank back up to higher levels than they customers receive the gas tank at.

Worried about returning truck on time due to snow storm and bad road conditions, tried to call uhaul, on hold over an hour and got disconnected. Went thru app gotta different number to call, said system experiencing problems call later. So could not speak to someone till next day and had to pay extra days rent.
ANDREA S.neither worker was willing to come check out the truck while there, then I was charged for extra gas and mileage which was not to be charged. I gassed the truck and returned it with more then when i started and I had to pick up the truck a long distance from where it was needed, I was told the mileage would be adjusted which it wasnt. I am SOOOO UNHAPPY with the whole experience with UHAUL this time around, I doubt I will use them again and I WILL warn my friends to steer clear as well ZERO STARS HERE!!

Juan R.6200 w 10th greeley co location is a joke. Can't fit larger combinations. Almost got t- boned trying to get out. Forced to leave uhaul nearby, which in turn waiting on service from your company causes me to be late dropping unit off. Explained numerous times to uhaul personnel who insisted I would not be charged late fee, which I was. My experience dropping this unit off was AWFUL!!!@!

But you should not make your customers go to other towns to pick up a truck that isn't there & then go back to their own town and travel clear across it to get finally get a truck that has a cracked windshield. Wasted 1 1/2 hours just locating and getting the truck. This was a nightmare! We had 3 different stores involved and ran all over to finally track down our uhaul. Uhaul's customer service is terrible!

Doug F.The rubber keepers on the trailer for secondary restraint and e-brake, and the overly long 4- pin trailer light connection. Rubber keepers were sun checked or loose and needing replacement when picked up. Truck was great trailer was great. Maintenance was not. Your more than welcome to email me an itemized list of uhaul failures which I will still pay for even though I reported at pick up. The video is available upon request. Thank you for the great truck and trailer!!!
George A.We had to go to multiple locations to get a uhaul we reserved months prior. They didn't have our equipment and the truck for us was broken down. We had to drive an hour and a half from home to get our truck and trailer. It made our move a day later after 5 hours just getting our truck and driving. Make sure to have the equipment and make sure to tell people it's not at their reserved location at the time of their reservation.
Matt F.The pickup process seemed disorganized and the person who helped me had no idea how to do the reservations and accept payment and it took forever to get through the checkout process. Then I was quite surprised that there was no tutorial or safety check or anything. I've never driven a big vehicle before and would have appreciated a little tutorial or driving lesson to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle but instead I was handed the keys, pointed to the vehicle and that was that, I left to figure it all out myself.

George R.Make sure that all components of the reservation are in the truck. If items aren't available the person that made the rental reservation should be contacted and efforts should be made to make sure all items are able to be included. If not then as many as possible or a sutiblewithout being charged should be a part of the rental
Lisa B.Your return part on the app tries to say more is owed than what was originally stated and paid for. It also tried to charge for an extra day when we were told we had 24 hours and returned it the same day we rented it.
TRAVIS R.Picking up the Uhaul was very difficult. Wouldn't let me check in online, in store people couldn't find our reservation, took about 45 min to get the uhaul, very frustrating. Uhaul worked fine once we got the keys. Return was easy.

After waiting 2 hours I called a local tow to unlock the vehicle. Luckily I didn't breakdown on the highway with this terrible service. This was UHaul.com, not the return office.
