I've used the Uhaul location for several months and they've has been nothing but professional. Excellent customer service has always been the norm.

Andrew DipieroWhat a great location to rent a U-haul. The truck was super clean and new. I loved the floor protectors because you know they care about the condition of their vehicles. Check out was super easy and nice. Check in was super easy as well. They were well stocked with moving items and everything was neat and organized. A super friendly and helpful U-haul dealer that I would definitely go back to. Thank you for a great service, location and friendliness. It made moving day more enjoyable and very helpful. Price was good but overall experience was about 3 out of 5

Thomas CallahanFantastic experience. Equipment was available when processing same-day reservation, very clean and well maintained. Location was easy to find and readily accessible. Associate was friendly, thorough and very detailed. Would highly recommend for short term or long-term rentals.
Steven dixonCheck in was tedious. I completed all of the information previously but needed verification at pickup. Took almost 30 minutes before I was able to leave with the truck.
Jessica McClainSmall location using 24/7 access to pick up and drop off vehicles. Once I got my app to function properly, it was pretty seamless. I have attempted to rent vehicles over the phone at this location in the past and had very poor success. But the 24/7 U-Haul app worked perfectly.
Richard MarrotteThe owner, Basil was very kind and patient. I set up my reservation wrong online, he had to change the entire reservation and set me up the correct way. Upon returning the truck, I was completely shot by then. He was closed but still in the building, I dropped the keys in the box. Of course I didn't read the directions and I needed the keys to get the mileage. Again Basil was so sweet and polite, he came out, took over and handled everything for me. I had definitely been his problem child for the month, he never showed it, he remained patient and respectful the entire time. Thank you Basil for a very good experience on what was a long and troublesome day for me. Cindy B

AND YOUR SYSTEM TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR RETURNING THE TRUCK WITH 45 MILES LEFT ON THE GAS WHEN I PICKED IT UP AT 13 MILES…. 58 dollars over my dead body.. what you should do is refund me for the entire experience because every single person will know how awful my experience was and how terrible your customer service and truck rental process is. Both locations will get a review online as well.

Maricara TateThe person that was working when I returned the truck seemed grumpy and at best rude. Check in was good. I've never had to verify anything I usually just give them my ID and it works but this time I had to provide an ALT contact. The system for that went decent and took about 3-7 mins. Hopefully I won't have to do that ever again. At checkout as I was pulling in the truck I had my partner following me as I had some of my items in his truck bed and we get in the parking lot and the guy didn't even say hello or good afternoon how's it going he just went to asking about why are you parking there? Don't clog up the lot. After that I was pretty on edge myself about how that went so I asked the guy for help with the return process and he explained to use the online system. I felt like this blew the service and that's why I won't recommend this location as the guy was very crass and not happy with life it seemed.
DOMINIC MASTRIANThe manager was amazing. He helped me with the parking instructions and the drop off process. Given that it was my first time leading a unit. It was great and will repeat. Also he called me later to tell that my moms phone was left in the car so I could pick it up later anytime. Honest and kind service.

It is a great central location and the employee ( I want to say shop owner!) is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile, even with constant customer interruptions. He puts special care to make sure the trucks are clean and ready to roll without issues.

I returned the truck clean, on time & with more gas than was required but still had a miscellaneous $5+ charge on my card that I have no idea what it is for. Not a helpful location at all.

Catherine BrowneCalled to tell him I'll be a little after 6pm in which I didn't received the car until 6:20pm the day before and I was told I had exactly 24hrs. I also personally recorded the truck at the uhaul to show all the dents and Scratch. After self return check in which I park same spot as I did before when I returned a uhaul. I received a call stating if I didn't park along other trucks in the gate. He was going to charge me an extraI $20 if it happens again! I said I was in the gate and made sure to block and have part their before!
