This was a busy convenience store. Parking was fine.The staff person I think was trying to make things easy, just wanted key and told me to go online to app to see her inspection and would not listen to my question related to the previously mentioned less than 1/8 of a tank of gas upon pick up and so she charged us a fuel surcharge despite us returning truck with more than 1/8 of a tank.

The location left trash under the seats that I could not find until it was my time to clean out the UHAUL. I have a photo of the trash left behind. For how much it costs the truck cab should be completely cleaned out. Also the location at IDAGO did not provide furniture pads even though on the website I clicked yes furniture pads. I had to drive to a different location to get them.

I went to pick up a car dolly ,I got discriminated. Had to wait over an hour to get the rental process completed. The attendant was helping every other customer that walked in and left me to the very last making me feel so discriminated and so disrespected. I wont rent never again with uhaul

Didn’t have the equipment or supplies I rented. Over charged mileage and charged me for gas when I left it exactly like the fuel tank gauge when I picked it up. This was a sun-station of the main pick up office. Had to drive back to the main office and pick up the supplies. Very poor service.

The location has limited signage. Kind of funny that this is a pickup location when there’s a huge U-Haul location just 2 blocks down the street The interior of the U-Haul was ok… but had spilled beverages in the cup holders and smelled like a farm. So I wiped everything down with Sani wipes and put some odor spritz in it, the back of the U-Haul also had something spilled on the floor along with dirt. We put sheets down and set items in those

This location is located inside a gas station. There was only one person working and every time another customer walked into the store, the attendant instructed me to step aside while he helped the other customers. I was interrupted by 6 different customers so they could purchase lottery tickets, beer, soda and candy. My time is valuable and I was not treated like it is. It took 15-20 minutes for my transaction to be completed. If I hadn't been told to wait for other customers it would have taken 5 minutes because I had already provided pictures of my drivers license. I reserved and paid for 12 moving blankets, but was only provided with 5. If my credit card hadn't already been charged before being told to stand aside, I would have left and found a different uhaul location.

Had to wait too long to get the truck due to this location being inside a gas station where many customers came in to buy things. So the guy at the register had to pause filling things out multiple times so that he could ring up customers. Also, added supplies/equipment were not already packed inside the truck. I had to bring them out to the truck and load them myself.

Customer service and the second location was good. I couldn't pickup the truck at my first location. I was also very frustrated with the app experience. It wasn't very intuitive and made the checkout process long and arduous. I had to go through the wizard a few times to just rent the truck and become verified, which made the experience painful - so much so that I may not use Uhaul again

Very easy check-in, no problem. The gentleman that helped was a very nice, personable individual.
