Something is wrong with the AC in the truck, it takes about 10-15 minutes to kick in, which is not great when it's 95 degrees outside. The tank was also less than a quarter full. It makes more sense to have the base fuel level be 100% full so customers know they just have to fill it back up when returning it. This location in particular does not have any parking that I would personally deem "safe". This area of the city is littered with homeless people, and there are seemingly zero cameras covering the parking lot in which you're expected to leave your vehicle in. As I was driving back late that night to return the vehicle, I was stressed out about my car having been left in the parking lot of the shopping center across the street because I didn't feel comfortably leaving it in the designated area.

Christopher SThere isn’t any information on where to park other than a hand written note on a sign in their store window. There needs to be more information clearly posted, either in the email confirmation, online, or at the store. After turning into the only parking lot nearby I had to back out, then after parking across the street, I checked out, and then went to the shop to drop off the keys and then I find out I need to park in back. It was just a hassle.
