When ordering a site for a UHaul pickup, please be open and clear about the exact costs involved. I knew the original cost was $19,95 plus tax, but I was not aware of all the additional costs, to be paid at pickup. The total cost came to $89,52 for a total of 4 hours that I had the truck out. In addition, I had to pay the store management $20 to leave my car there while I used the truck. A legitimate UHaul dealership would let a person leave their car on the lot while the truck was in use for no additional fee. I will not use this site again, even if it means going a little farther to use a UHaul dealer.

KARL MIt was a very shady place. I told him I don't want coverage which was $16 and you say you're good to go. I didn't sign any contract or receipt on the way while I'm driving I'll find out they charge extra $16 for coverage which I specifically told him I don't want it.

KETKI PThis location is deceptive. The owner or manager had the chance to tell us that he charges $20 to park on his lot which is wide open and never has a lot of customers. And is out in the open in a rural place. There is almost nothing around. Shame on them. You should prohibit this practice there. Also, I got an email saying the receipt was attached and it wasn't. I want to look at the receipt because I don't trust them. I also want a refund of $20.

tonee mThe only problem I had was when I first rented the truck, it was at 3/4 tank of gas. I filled it back up to the 3/4 tank of gas. I was told I still owed more money in gas because it was "a little bit off". I was clearly looking at 3/4 tank of gas but he told me it had to be more than 3/4. 樂 Anyway.... I had to spend another $10 to conveniently get gas at the drop off location. However, the guy took the money off my card but neither he nor I actually physically pumped gas into the uhaul 樂 I feel like I was scammed even though it was for only $10, I need all of my money!

CURTIS CI didn't get a receipt when I asked for it. They didn't ask me if my email was the same. I felt like they overcharged me. I rented it after7:30 Thursday night. I was supposed to tuned it in yesterday. But I needed it one more day and I asked how much for an extra day and he said we will talk about ! They overcharged me and when I took the van back today. They was coming up with all kind of fees. The guy told me Thursday when I picked up the vehicle did I want insurance and I said ok but I don't see it on my paperwork. I was informed by my bank uhaul had took 291 I could have rented a truck from somewhere else.for that price and it was supposed to be 19,99 a day and I'm trying to understand why it costs so.much.

KARL MThe trailer tires need to be replaced, there is uneven wear and they do not have sufficient tread to be road-legal. The belts on the tires are almost visible with the uneven wear.
PAUL KTruck was filthy inside. Representative said go find truck and wouldn't help. Another customer and myself were trying all the trucks by trying all the trucks by using our key to find the one it fits. Even went back inside to ask for help and he said its out there. Didn't get up to help me

DUSTIN AI could have used some wifi connection because I phone signa was weak. This would have made the process much better. Also, you can get a hitch pulling that make it easer to get a trailer attach to a car. Customer service was doing a great job.

Daniel TThe U-Haul was not terribly dirty. The front had some type of animal hair cat/ dog. Overall the service was good and the gentleman who assisted me was very polite and friendly. I would recommend to friends and family.
