The trailer was in the grass and the hitch was in the dirt. I was told to go hook it up and then they would take pictures of the book up. In had to clean the dirt out of the hitch to get it hooked up. I didn't want the extra insurance and did not select it online. I realized that they had added the insurance the next day, which I assumed that I couldn't cancel it.

ALEXANDER BI was supposed to pick up at a different location, and was notified AFTER my scheduled pickup time that the truck I had reserved was not available, and that I had to go to a different location. When I arrived, I was advised that the furniture dolly, furniture pads, stretch wrap and tape that I had ordered were not available. Almost completely ruined my move, which I had traveled 3 000 miles to complete. The truck's right mirror wouldn't adjust to the point that I could see behind me, and the passenger door wouldn't unlock from the outside.

PETER CLow pressure tire indicator on. Could not read milage of vehicle due to some message on dash. Location not what I asked for. Equipment brought back within 4 hours, but not checked back in till the next day when I call operator about doing this!

RUSSELL BWill never go back, the man was not pleasant, did not help and must not have done the paperwork right because we got a not from uhaul saying we had not turned the trailer in two days after we did. We did receive a receipt from him.

Alex GSecond time Ive used this location. Turned trailer in,both times had to call Uhaul several times to close out contact. Call center customer service leaves much to be desired

Christopher GThe vehicle needed service and had left over trash from the previous renter. I took several days to get my receipt. I'm not happy with the over all process. Vehicles with service warnings should not be rented. I had to take it I had a deadline.

Bruno CWe just dropped it off in a grass lot. No one was present although the owner of the establishment answered our phone call that morning when we called to confirm details for drop off. Wish we had known you were going to charge to much because it was after your 48 hours time frame. Which is ridiculous.
