Pick up guy was awesome not his fault with what u haul did. Great guy, lots of help. Makes sure you leave well taken care of and know what ur doing

Got short changed of the mileage. Never got credit for the miles that I originally was charged for.
Bob BI was promised a $50 refund as the person in charge of setting us up with the trailer did not meet us at the promised time. He was out of town. We had to set up an alternative time that was after hours. I never received the $50.

PAUL EI was going to pick up truck where I live, but was sent 50 miles away for guaranteed pick up, the truck wasn't available. Sent another 70 miles to pick up. In the end I was 130 miles from my home. I will NEVER rent from them again!

ROBERT MThis wasn't the location I wanted and requested. I was told with only two days before my flight into Dickinson that the trailer was in beach. This added 120 miles and more than two hours. When I was called on Sunday all of this was brought up and a $55 off. This didn't happen, nor did a suppvisor contact me.

CHARLES MI had to drive nearly 100 miles to pick up the trailer. It was reserved in Dickinson ND, but had to pick up in Beach ND. The rental hours on the web sit apparently do not agree with the hours of the local U Haul dealer.
Grady EThe cargo roof leaked. Worst headlights i have ever seen.... like driving without any. Some lights on car carrier didn't work, and they had no replacements for them.

Marie OThe only issue I had was the wait time to speak to somone at the 1800 uhaul number. I needed help with the drop off location and was on hold 22 min before even speaking to a person them when I did speak to someone I was on hold another 15 min. Then my drop off location was 1,5 hrs from my final destination and they couldn't get it in the town I moved to without charging me another $356!!! So she did get it moved to Beach which was 40 min away.
Ericca BRetire the old trailer. Roof leaked, stuff got wet. Rear doors did not close tight. Even the pick-up location acknowledged this was the oldest piece of equipment he had seen.

Kristi FWe were told we could pick up the trailer at Bowman, ND, but that location closed down and no one bothered to notify us! As for the Beach, ND location, Paul, was not very friendly and acted as if we were putting him out! The pick-up procession was not a good experience!
Richard CGet knowledgeable staff. I had originally reserved one in Dickinson, ND and they lost my reservation or as they stated "never received all of the information they needed, yet they never called to get all the information they needed " so I had to drive 1 hour one way to pick up a U-Haul on the day I was suppose to be packing. And none of the U-Haul staff in Dickinson cared, nobody offered to go get it for us, they just said "we found one in Beach". Will look at buying a trailor before I ever rent from U-Haul again. Will not recommend either one of these U-Haul locations!
TRICA WI reserved the Uhaul weeks in advance. I was called A day prior to pick up and told that there was not one available, I had to drive 2 hours to get the truck I wanted. Although $100 was deducted for the inconvenience, it still took up over 4 hours of our time and they added fees on in other areas, so it wasn't any cheaper. When I called the Uhaul customer service number, I was told they overbooked everything on the western side of the US and that they couldn't get into their reservation system to check other areas. Needless to say we are extremely disappointed in U-haul customer service.
TIEHEENA SNobody told me I would be charged for bringing it in late. I thought I had all day.

OSMAN KThe employee that got us the trailer, Mike, was very helpful. We were on our way to Ennis from Forest Lake, MN when our own trailer broke a spring. We first got Mike on the phone to find out what they had available and he was very helpful. In addition, he was able to find someone to come out to pick up our trailer, 20 miles out of town, and bring it back to fix it while we are out in Ennis. This was excellent help and really appreciated it as we were so far from home.
DANELLE LSince the dolly wasn't recieved to begin with, the beach location thought that maybe I had forgotten it. They were amazing at the lengths they went to resolve the issue so that I wasn't charged. KUDOS to them. Personally if anyone has to rent or drop off a uhaul around the beach area just know that you are in good hands!
STEPHANIE Ktrailer was filthy
dan bI waited for an hour to get my uhual trailer because the manager was in a meeting and no one else is allowed to hook up the trailers. I had talked to him the day before to let him know what time I would be coming and told me he would be there to hook it up. Customer service is not a priority at this location. He did not even bother to apologize for the hour wait. The other store employees were more than apologetic but there was nothing they could do.

THOMAS TI had reserved a truck & trailer in the nearest city to my location. On the day before my pickup time I receive notice to go to a location 100 miles south of the original site. The truck was in poor running condition and the rear tires were almost bald. Fun driving in ND & MT on snow & ice. I see no incentive to use U haul again
