Joseph PNo one that worked with U Haul was there to hook us up to the tow dolly. The guy who rents an apartment from Saul Sandoval, who runs the place, didn't hook it up right and as we are driving away came out and stopped us to fix it. He had sent a picture of it to Saul and must have been told to correct it. We had to do our paperwork over the phone as the facility wasn't even open. We were over charged $209, instead of the $137 on our paperwork from Wickenburg. We tried many times from 8:00 am on, all day to get a time from Mr. Sandoval to pick it up. We drove the U Haul truck plus the tow vehicle from Congress, AZ to Aguila, AZ to specifically get the UHaul truck hooked up to the UHaul dolly. Grossly disappointed by the lack of service and price gouging. This person should not be doing business with UHaul.
David IFor starters, the wickenburg facility called me 2 days before my rental and said they didn't have a trailer that I had to drive 50 miles away to pick up the trailer!! No compensation, no apology

Jesse BMy second drop-off at Iris Auto service in the past 2 mounts. Have never seen anyone to do business with. The first time U-Haul called me to ask when I was going to drop, I had already done so and no one give me a receipt or check me in. I called the second time and was told to drop the trailer, never saw anyone.

Kalyn MReservation cancelled twice. Had to get a 20' truck instead of 26'. No dolly when I got there had to call to get it. Terrible service will never recommend uhual to anyone ever.

diane cowner was not present at pickup time waited for over 30 min. .He was not informed of our coming.this location was suggested by U-Hall. It turned out that the truck had been delivered the day before from our requested location(the reason was the van was due for service)
ROGER KI had a reservation for the Wickenburg location- but was told that my reservation (84063256) was not going to be honored- and that Uhaul would not honor their $50 reservation guarantee- so I had to drive an additional 30 miles to a one horse town in the middle of no where to get a different trailer. The owner of Iris Auto was very pleasant and great to work with, but that didn't make up for my "guaranteed" reservation 30 miles away being swept under the carpet and that Uhaul wouldn't honor their $50 reservation guarantee on top of that...
