There was no one on site to assist with the drop-off. Site has sloped parking lot with no means to chock the wheels to prevent the trailer from rolling.
RANDALL FAfter hours was less than stellar I was locked out and had no code to get through the gates, someone was leaving so I held the gate and parked the truck, and had to climb the fence to get over it. Way overpriced as well, if it hadn't been an emergent move I would have looked at other options. Won't be coming back.

Bruce AThere was no one there. They needed the truck inside the fence but there was no code given to get in. I had to call and while we were waiting, the gate opened (presumably the person received the voicemail and let me in)

Joan HI also want to give a shout out to the original Uhaul location Cullen's Rental Uhaul on 454 North Airport Rd, Cedar City. Our truck broke down and needed to get back to CA with a trailer we rented from there. The couple that helped us went above and beyond . They didn't have a 3 seater and quickly found one at this location and booked it for us. The customer service for both locations were genuinely friendly and smooth. I would highly recommend them and thank you Collen's who also gave us a ride to the other Uhaul to pick up the truck. We are now home and are so greatful to you.

Jason HFix your technology issues. This location was great but the UHaul site was down all day.
Ben WVery helpful. Completed check-in process when Uhaul app would not / was having connectivity issues. Wants to make sure vehicles are in good working and safe for customers. Signage at street entry might be helpful for directing customers to gate.

JAMES FThere was no one at the drop off location. Which was given to me by the pick up location. Also received a text and a phone call from uhaul with the same location. Called the number on the door. Guy who answered said his brother was there. I said no one was there. He said to drop trailer in front of office. I'm 62 years old and recently had carpal tunnel surgery on both arms. Right arm 4 weeks ago, left arm 2 weeks ago. My wife is 64. We had to lift this trailer off my truck with NO help from uhaul. Tongue weight was ridiculous. I hurt both my hands/arms and my wife and I both hurt our backs. Before a holiday weekend that we had lots of activities planned. I called the 800 number to complain. Matt the area supervisor called back. He couldn't care less that we were injured. Never once expressed concern our offered any kind of apology. Just said probably 4 times that I should have called the 800 number to drop off at some other location. In other words it was all my fault. Now I should have thought to call. I didn't. Matt said several times I should have never been sent there. Like I would know that. Matt offered me nothing. He refused to even discuss any compensation. Just kept saying "you should have called the 800 number". Once again all my fault. I didn't sleep that night because of severe pain in both hands/arms. Mostly my left. We had a side x side trip scheduled the next day. We had to cancel. My wife and I both spent all day Saturday and half a day Sunday laying on ice because of our backs. It was much worse by Saturday. I honestly don't know why Matt even called me. Now I didn't expect much if anything in the way of compensation. I would at least have expected to be show some concern and respect. Instead all I got from Matt was he really didn't give a shit and it was all my fault.

Daniel HWhen I got there no one was there, even though the Uhaul sign said park inside. I called the phone number that they said to call, and no pick up. I left a message and waited 10 minutes. I eventually left. Never did get a phone call.

Crystal FLocked gate, not able to get in after hours to drop equipment off. Sign on gate says you must drop inside gate. No gate code was given, no one answered phone after multiple calls. Dirty sketchy location, will not recommend.

JEFFERY FThe truck needed a muffler real bad and that affected the driving. It also needed an alignment as the steering wheel was tilted and front of the truck was full of bug guts.
MUHTDI QIt took 25-30 minutes to locate the person in charge of the Uhaul. We had to search for them on the property. We heard loud music, which we followed to a building, knocked on the door, no answer. My husband opened the door an walked inside and I followed him. The room was full of cigarette smoke, a 2 teenage kids ran to the back of the building. We asked if they knew where we go for the Uhaul rental, a man said we were in the right spot. I gave him my information, he asked for my form of payment and to sign here. He yelled to a gentleman in the back corner to pull the Uhaul up front, the gentlemansaid NO!! The man yelled it again and the other gentleman, this time he got up and walked outside. He came backtossed the Keyes on the desk and walked back to the corner. The man handed me the Keyes and said have a good day! We walked out! We should outside wondering which Uhaul was ours!! Finally we found it, I took some pictures of it and my husband got inside and drove way. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, walking the property for 25/30 minutes looking for help and smelling like cigarette smoke the rest of the day!!
