Make sure customers understand if they rent a uhaul and need an extension to call a head of time for other customers to have their vehicle on time.
Amber HI had called ahead to reserve a tow dolly. I described vehicle to be towed and was assured it was compatible. Upon arriving at location directed to for pick-up, I was not able to rent after being told it was non-compatible for my use, according to U-Haul website. Becky was upset and called help line to clear up confusion, but could not get web form to clear for rental.Then had to drive another 15 miles to pick up a tow hauler. Gentlemen at last location was very professional and apologized for my inconvenience. I only needed dolly to move front wheel drive vehicle 5 blocks to my residence, 12 miles from original site visited. The only consolation, I was charged price of dolly versus hauler. Gunna think hard before ever renting from u-haul in future!

Nicole CI had problems from the start. Levi (at pick location) was exceptional and did a great job. The first four people had issues then a man name Blake (i think) started helping and Levi was great. Please call me and I will give you. a lot of confusion on the selection process on Uhauls side.
LAYNE BLevi was the most gracious person I have known in this moving process. He went the extra mile.
Chandra GI was in a bind and Levi went above and beyond in customer satisfaction! He knew how to work your computer system (which a lot of your people don't know how to). He was so good, I thought he owned the place. (Most employees don't care as much as he did and I certainly noticed it.) You need to talk to this young man and recruit him for a lifelong position in your company.
Chandra GIron Vault did an excelent job for us however U-haul did a bumb job of finding a trailer for us. You sent me to 426 McNabb street for some reason first and that is no U-haul dealership. That place is in the darker side of Lake Charles.

dalton sWe went to Lake Charles to pick up some emergency supplies for the flood victims in Baton Rouge. When I asked if there was any reduction in rate possible as a donation, the lady at the counter said she would check with the operations manager. Well I was quite surprised when I received the bill as we had not been charged anything! Thank you for your help, we were able to bring a U-HAUL full of supplies back to aid many families.

Gregory DThe lady that connected my 5 by 8 trailer to the truck hitch was not done properly and came off the hitch. Luckily the safety Chain kept the trailer from crashing into other traffic. I booked my 27 foot trailer Sunday night via the internet and got a call Thursday at noon saying they pick up location do not have my equipment. They then set me up to pick up my equipment at a different location therefore I drove to the next location and quickly realized that they did not have my equipment either. I had to call my parents 65 miles away to rent a smaller truck and trailer to bring to me because the city I lived in had none.
